Wow wow wow let me suggest u an unique movie that I watched today and twice !




Twice in row !


I never do such things but no, I did once and that was about the kill bill movie


Because that movie is on my top list .


But Memento ! that I watched today was another sort of film.


Those kind of movies you never forget and in future u can not see a movie same it .


The story is about a guy whose is leonard and he has no short-term memory.


And he want to kill who murdered his wife.


uses notes and tattoos to hunt for the man he thinks killed his wife




it’s powerful movie ,strong,and unforgettable


the director of movie is a genius man whose name is Nolan




another movie of him is prestige that I know anyone who sees that agree with me .


I don’t continue to say about that but when u watch that u we’ll be forced to watch that more times to better undrestand the movie puzzle.


the movie has many pieces that u must put them together to solve that!


when the pieces come together u see a pure masterpiece !

Tonight i watched a movie "Perfect Stranger" Neither good nor bad heyyy So so in my opinion


Its 'bout a girl Rowena (acted by halle berry),she's is reporter but cuz of some reasons she quits and finds in the subway her childhood friend (a girl)which is killed alil after ,with the assistance of her hacker friend,she finds a rich n powerful business man Harrison Hill(bruce willis)as her suspect connected to her friends death,she goes to be hired in Hills bussiness to findout ...
at the end of the movie u will find the killer (i couldnt guess,maybe u can)and its shown that everyone has a secrect in his/her life and will protects & keeps it in anyway ,like killing or lying.


My grade to this movie C+ means Flawed but worthy

and about saw 4 ... that DVD! that I saw was in bad quality and I couldn't understand some scences but I'm sure that the end of this part wasn't as shoking as others

I havent seen this movie yet but as I know the story of the movie is not bad its about some happenings that we have in our country
but the thing that I am really angry about is that why did these atupid people named this movie persepolis what is the connection between persepolis and these things I really dont know
persepolis is a 2007 animated film based on the graphic novel of the same name the film was written and directed by marjane satrapi and vincent paronnaud the story begins just before the iranian revolutionshown intially trough the eyes of the nine years old marjane
and the story ends with marjane as a 21 years old expatriate
the title is a refrence to the historical city of persepolis (why?????????)and it won some prizes
if you found some more informations about this movie or if you have seen it let me know about it

I think we haven't talked about this movie yet. I saw it yesterday. It was nice and at least I liked it. It's about the Crusades ( The one-hundred-year-long wars between Muslims and Christians ). It is one of few history movies which tells almost the truth. Other ones like The 300 and Alexander were based on fake histories made by Hollywood writers. Watch this one and you won't regret.

I watched this movie some months ago, I watched the French version, I know French but it's not as good as my English , I understood 60-70% of the conversations.
But the movie is really great,soooooo creative, I could never imagine that someone can describe the situation of Iranian people before and after revolution this good. If you see the film, you'll admit that it deserves all the prizes.

In my opinion Perspolise is the symbol of Iran, Don't you know that before Reza shah, iran named persopolise????So I think it means Iran and nothing else.

But the movie is really great,soooooo creative, I could never imagine that someone can describe the situation of Iranian people before and after revolution this good. If you see the film, you'll admit that it deserves all the prizes.

I watched this movie some months ago, I watched the French version, I know French but it's not as good as my English , I understood 60-70% of the conversations.
But the movie is really great,soooooo creative, I could never imagine that someone can describe the situation of Iranian people before and after revolution this good. If you see the film, you'll admit that it deserves all the prizes.

I havent seen this movie yet but as I know the story of the movie is not bad its about some happenings that we have in our country
but the thing that I am really angry about is that why did these atupid people named this movie persepolis what is the connection between persepolis and these things I really dont know
persepolis is a 2007 animated film based on the graphic novel of the same name the film was written and directed by marjane satrapi and vincent paronnaud the story begins just before the iranian revolutionshown intially trough the eyes of the nine years old marjane
and the story ends with marjane as a 21 years old expatriate
the title is a refrence to the historical city of persepolis (why?????????)and it won some prizes

I think we haven't talked about this movie yet. I saw it yesterday. It was nice and at least I liked it. It's about the Crusades ( The one-hundred-year-long wars between Muslims and Christians ). It is one of few history movies which tells almost the truth. Other ones like The 300 and Alexander were based on fake histories made by Hollywood writers. Watch this one and you won't regret.

I love saw movies althogh the fourth part is not good as first or second parts
but there is a goof in this part I mean second one
at the begining of the movie while the cops are looking for Jigsaw at one seen you can obviously see the reflection of cammera and production group on the body of a van!!I don't like such mistakes in good movies

At least it was interesting for me cuz i could see the history of making of The Hercules (C-130) aircract.
Its not bad to know about The life of Howard Hughes who was an American aviator, engineer, industrialist, film producer and director, and one of the wealthiest people in the world.
My grade to this Movie C+ means flawed but worthy equals 5.5 - 6 out of 10

Few days ago I watched a comedy movie named I Want Candy , It was a comedy movie like American pie movies … I didn't like it and didn't watch whole movie but it contain some funny scenes that may be interesting to mention (at least for practicing English!)
The story is about two classmates who are supposed to make a short movie for their master…one of the fun moments was when the writer starts to describe his scenario
They decided to make a erotic movie (the movie itself doesn't have ---- scenes) … in the house of one of them, they are watching a movie from this gender suddenly his parents entered …the guest is standing in front of television and other one trying to talk with his parents until his friend finds remote control but he is in hurry and instead turning television off he turns it up!!!
and other sequence … the kid sticks in the bathroom because while they were filming his parents appeared coming home … all of group ran away but he couldn’t .....he has no way out and he notices that the camera guy is in bathroom too…finally his mother finds them in bathroom and he introduces his friend as one of the best plumbers!! Who has came for fixing pipes!!

You know my friend , I don't like movies in witch you'd just see lots of bloody and brutish scenes without any interesting storyline, like Wrong Turn2 (the first part is a very nice horror movie) at first I had same idea about SAW (I watched second part before first one) but the most interesting item in saw movies (esp 2 first parts) is their story ,you really shocked with mysterious ending … however if you don't like harsh scenes you can rent first part from video clubs (dubbed version) they omit some bloody moments and I'm sure that you will enjoy it

One of the most interesting movies that I've ever seen is Gangs Of New York , I think most of you have seen this movie ,it has a really nice story and some great actors played in it. You know my friend , I don't like movies in witch you'd just see lots of bloody and brutish scenes without any interesting storyline, like Wrong Turn2 (the first part is a very nice horror movie) at first I had same idea about SAW (I watched second part before first one) but the most interesting item in saw movies (esp 2 first parts) is their story ,you really shocked with mysterious ending … however if you don't like harsh scenes you can rent first part from video clubs (dubbed version) they omit some bloody moments and I'm sure that you will enjoy it

This movie is about new York at many years ago when it was controlled by some gangster bonds some of them were native Americans and others were immigrants from other countries like Ireland and the base of story is about a kid who wants take revenge from his father's murderer….. a really dangerous gangster

It was as good as nomber two:40:. I really like these kinda movies. It was comedy and it had some parts that really made me laugh and the story was about a girl who didn't know that her father was a prince and when her father died her grandma came to her and releaved everything and she understood that she is a princess
For me this movie was not that interesting, it was lovely:27:. I liked it very much.I'm sure that boys won't enjoy it that much
My rate to both of them(1 & 2) is 8 out 10

Wow, so you are also fond of sport. Good. Sally and Peyman are also interested in sport:46:...The scenes which you mentioned. Wow, The boy was madly in love and he did these disgusting actions. And the scene which annoyed me was the part that some women hit Malena. I felt pity for her in that part .

Yes that scene made me upset too , I read somewhere that there were some censored sequences during it was shown in USA . you can search the term (malena) at google/image and you would find some of them.

Have you ever seen Jaws that is another masterpiece of Spielberg? This is the movie that I'm really interested in...I remember that it was shown in national channel, channel 3 I suppose, (it's obvious that there were a lot of censored scenes!!) . It's a wonderful thriller and in compare with the production date(1975) it contains very great science fictions. I rate it 8.5 out of 10
The story is about an enormous white shark - a man killer – which entered in a Island's water, and started hunting some people, the chief of the Island persuaded the mayor to kill the shark .they employed some fishers to hunt the man killer fish but they caught wrong shark so the terror continued in Amity … finally three guys goes to ocean for killing this dangerous animal.

It' s an interesting animation with a good story (A rat in a kitchen as a chef) and it's really funny
The graphic of animation was amazing especially those scenes which had water like river etc were fantastic
And the delicious part of the movie was Food, It makes you hungry!

This film is great?i think great is low and my rate is 20 out of 10
if you like English you should see that(it has a lot of idioms).i watched some of scenes for 10 times!!!

This is one of best and most weird action movies I've recently seen. It has some weird scenes that when I think about them I can not believe somebody can do them. I suggest you watch it if haven't yet. It's about a districe inside Paris in which big drug dealers are doing whatever they want. A police officer and a former drug dealer want to... . Whatch it yourself.

Yeah the action scenes are really nice. That sport is named Free Running ( Something like this ). They run in a direct path , no matter what comes they have to pass that object. Think you have to run in a direct path and if a building is located in your path, you have to go up and come down from the other side. It's a French sport.

Ratatoullie is in my opinion an exceptional animation,it really deserve to win oscar this year.
no doubt, i really had a two hours fun with my little brother for watching that.

I havent seen this movie yet but as I know the story of the movie is not bad its about some happenings that we have in our country
but the thing that I am really angry about is that why did these atupid people named this movie persepolis what is the connection between persepolis and these things I really dont know
persepolis is a 2007 animated film based on the graphic novel of the same name the film was written and directed by marjane satrapi and vincent paronnaud the story begins just before the iranian revolutionshown intially trough the eyes of the nine years old marjane
and the story ends with marjane as a 21 years old expatriate
the title is a refrence to the historical city of persepolis (why?????????)and it won some prizes

if you found some more informations about this movie or if you have seen it let me know about it



I watched this movie 2 weeks ago it was a good movie especially when you recognize that an Iranian has made it.but there is a criticized point , in this animation Marjan tried to show herself as a patriot but she never mentioned who started the war. his father just told her they -Iran and Iraq- killed themselves for 8 years but all of us know that Sadam attacked our country .anyway the movie is funny at all and I enjoyed it.

Today i watched another movie "PathFinder",it was not bad but i think part of the story and some scenes is similar to "Apocalypto" ,The story is about ppl of a village that were slaughtered by a group of savagers while a young man of that village(main character) had gone for hunting,after backing to village he tried to find the savagers and kill them as revenge,but he was captured by them,by threating to kill a young girl(the girl he loves),savagers forced him to be their pathfinder and show them next village,but on the way to the next village he intended to kill 'em one by one .... l
My grade to this movie C means mediocre ,5.3/10

Yesterday I watched this movie, it was a great romance movie, I really liked it

Few days ago I watched Hitman. It's a good movie but not great I think most of you are familiar with the game, It's about a bald guy who trained by a secret organization and works for it, he kills people so brutally and without mercy, once he was ordered to kill a female witness, he couldn't do it because he liked her, even he tried to protect her against his other coworkers, his interest to her is not a casual love, he doesn't want touch her but treats her so smoothly
I rate it 6.5

Have you ever seen the movie "Downfall" ? this is about the last hours of Hitler's life . unfortunately the DVD that I watched didn’t has any English or Persian subtitle and it was in German language and I couldn't understand anything about the cast's conversation , but it was very nice , the actor who played in character of Hitler was very energetic and played wonderful , when he gets angry , he sends all his assistant out but his close friends and the most reliable persons and starts yelling so load , the film was full of suicide scenes and some heartbreaking moment like poisoning Hitler's children and killing them during they were slept , at another scene a female solder instead of running away insists her boyfriend to shoot her before the enemy catch her , after killing her , the guy has no motivation to live so he shoots in his own head …. And sequences of hospitals were terrible … a lot of injured people and some doctors cutting some passions' body parts with saw without any drug!! But when I notice that Germany did it to a lot of innocent people, the movie didn't bother me so much.

the departed is a 2006 crime movie directed by martin scorsese and starring leonardo decaprio matt damon and jack nicholson:40: it is a remake of 2002 hong kong crime thriller infernal affairs it won the academy award for best picture in 2007
thats a movie about mafia and crimes and police and things like that but it is very very interesting I really loved it

deja vu is ascience ficyion crime thriller movie directed by Tony scott and satrring denzel washington and val kilmer it was released on 22 november 2006 its a very interesting movie that Im sure you will like it and if you see it you will ell everyone to see it once I my self think that all of denzel washingtons movies are fantatic and I love his movies

I watched this amazing movie last night, As mahyar said you will definitely enjoy it, But it is a bit confusing, the story is about a police man who is investigating about an explosion which killed about 500 people in town and for finding the guilty they used a very extraordinary technology which you should watch and understand

But as I said it was a bit confusing and to be honest I didn't understand what precisely happened at the end of the movie I should watch it again, anyway, I recommend it

One of the most interesting movies that I've ever seen is Suburban Commando staring Hulk Hogan and The Undertaker. I really enjoyed this movie because I'm a fan of professional Wrestling. I think here is not the right place to ask this question but as an answer to your question:
I believe the News of channel 4 are 95% in British accent, which is very different from the American accent.
As you've improved your listening to the British accent by watching the English news, you can improve your listening to the American English by insisting on watching the American movies.

I myself have tried American movie with English subtitles. After a while you can understand at least 50% of the movies without being in need of English subtitle.

Actually I haven't watched ch4 news a lot but I think an Iranian person tells the news. Hmm?! If yep, I should say among Iranian there are a few people who can speak with great accent and maybe bcuz of that you have no problem understanding 'em and movies are hard for you. If you watch movies a lot you get familiar with native's accent and after a while you can see yr progress in listening. I remember I couldn't understand even simple words but now when I watch a movie I can understand the whole movie except some new words which I'm not familiar with. So I do recommond you to watch movies and never get disappointed when you see you can not understand it well., it definitely takes time so try it:10:l

Meet The Spartans" is the last movie that I've seen , this is a comedy witch have some funny parts about some other famous movies like 300 , Shrek , Transformer , Borat , Happy Feet ,Spider Man , Rocky .... and it poked fun at some celebrities like Angelina July , Brad Pit , Britney Spears ....
Because this is about Persians and Spartans , it has mocked with Persians but most of the funny scenes are about Spartans , they kiss same genders as greeting and give the opposite --- a high five!! Some times it seems that the movie is getting gaudy but there were some funny moments:
Spartans commander has beard and mustache and muscular body since he was just an infant!!
It was very funny training his son and teaching him how to fight
His wife wasn't reliable and there was signature of Borat on her body!!
Their battle with Persians was like conflict between techno dance groups!.....



My Rating to this comedy is 6

Last night I watched "Training Day" , it was great and I enjoyed it . it's an action movie about a immature police officer who wants to get trained by another cop who is a strange person , this guy forced the trainer to do some illegal things like using drugs and exploring some houses without any legal justification . finally the trainer found out that his master is a corrupt cop and …. I recommend you to watch this good movie and I rate this one 7 out of 10

This time I watched "Blonde Ambition" witch is a comedy , it was good but not great , the main actress is Jesica Simpson and I think she is not talented enough to be a comedian .the story is about a young girl (Kati) whose boyfriend traveled to New York , he is a model and he betrayed to her and started relationship with another girl … Kati went to there to meet him and she faced with bitter tale , she went to her friend's house , but next day she found a nice job by chance but her employers have another planning … as I mentioned the movie isn't so great I rate it 5.5

As I said before there are some movies in my home so I can watch them in my spare time and when I come back to home from the company I have 3-4 hours before going to bed … I prefer to watch a movie … especially after participating in this topic .

IMDB Review:

After years of looking for Mr. Right, Charlotte 'Charlie' Cantilini finally finds the man of her dreams, Kevin Fields, only to discover that his mother, Viola, is the woman of her nightmares. A recently fired news anchor who is afraid she will lose her son the way she has just lost her career, Viola determines to scare off her son's new fiancé by becoming the world's worst mother-in-law. While Viola's long-time assistant Ruby does her best to help Viola execute her crazy schemes, Charlie decides to fight back and the gloves come off as the two women battle it out to see just who is the alpha-female.

It's another Jennifer Lopez movie. It's a nice movie and worths watching. It's some how a comedy in which a mother tries to cancel his son's marriage plan with his girlfriend. She bothers Jennifer Lopez in various ways to make her run but she stands and plans a revenge.

I rate it 7.5 out of 10
