cerebral sulci and ventricles are mildly enlarged(mild cortical atrophy)
there are confluent foci of increased t2 and flair signal abnormality at periventricular white matter and small foci at right high frontal subcortical white matter and right temporal subcortical white matter.
ischemic changes could be considered.
none of these shows restricted diffusion.
there is partial empty sella.
no mass,mass effect or hemorrhage is appreciated.
both cp angles, 7th and 8th cranial nerve appear normal.
given patient history enhanced brain MRI for further evaluation is helpful clinically warranted.
Increased signal intensity is seen at left sigmoid.
