مشکل عدم شناسایی اسکنر
اسکنرمن مدلsuper scan photo 648 هست درایورش ازطریق سی دی نصب میکنم ولی وقتی ویندوز بالا میاد خطای زیر میده
وهمچنین از طریق فتوشاپ وقتی میخوام عکسی را اسکن میکنم پیام زیر میدهAction Manager 32

تصویری از تسک منیجر ضمنا ویندوز من xp sp3 هستش ولی روی دوتا سیستم دیگه با ویندوز سون هم نصب کردم همین مشکل را داره!! باید چکار کنم؟
