مشکل yahoo id

سلام بچه ها
یه فرد بیماری با ریپرت اسپم های الکی باعث شده آی دیم دی اکتیو بشه
اما بعد پر کردن فرم پشتیبانی بعد دو روز یاهو یه چنین جوابی بهم داده
من خوب متوجه نشدم
دوستان... ازتون خواهش میکنم کمکم کنین... این اکانت برام حیاتیه...
اینم میلی که برام اومده
الان باید چه کنم؟

ویرایش: از اتاق فرمان گفتن که چون به روش tos دی اکتیو شده باید بی گناهیم رو ثابت کنم...
دوستان یه خورده کمک کنین

نمیدونم به همین میل جواب بدم... یا برم باز فرم رو پر کنم...

فعلا همین میل رو ریپلای کن بنویس که چرا؟ یا اگر دلیل رو می دونی بنویس چرا بیگناهی
اگر جواب ندادند بعد 1-2 هفته دوباره برو از طریق اون میله میل بزن ببین چی می شه
اینجور وقتها همه چی رو امتحان کن چون تهش می شه همینی که الان هست دیگه به میلت دسترسی نداری

من یه چنین میلی زدم(البته نیازی نیست بخونین... همینتوری گفتم که بدونین جواب الکی ندادم) :

First of all I want you to have my apologies because of my bad English. As your recently reply to my problem says, my account was disabled in violation of the Yahoo! Terms of Service. With considering that I'm an old yahoo messenger user, and knowing that reporting a misbehavior of an old user is somehow a strange event, we can reach to this point that it can be a misunderstanding.
Actually I run a small business to earn a living; and with my yahoo account, I used to communicate with my customers. So if I lose my account I lose my business.
I saw people who use spam report system to simply deactivate other people's accounts for fun. I believe that I'm another victim of these sick people.
Of course I can create another account but without my add list I lose my business, because that’s my only way to communicate with most of my customers. So I really need my add list. It would be great if u can let me to access my account once more to back up my add list or help me by sending my add list in a text file or email that to me. I would really appreciate your action if you help me somehow.

منم این مشکل رو پیدا کردم
کسی راه حلی نداره ری اکتیوش کنیم دوباره ؟
