خطای out of range

سلام دوستان
سیستم من موقع بالا اومدن و لود شدن ویندوزxp یه دفعه سیاه شده و پیغام out of range می ده نمی دونم چه کنم خواهش می کنم کمکم کنید.

پيغامتون نصفه هست لطف كنيد . با دوربين بگيريد و اينجا آپلود كنيد .
اگر براي مونيتور باشه يكبار كابل برق مونيتور رو بكشي بهد از 1 دقيقه وصل كنيد مشكل حل ميشود
It means your system display card settings are too high for your monitor. Boot your system into safe mode and set the display settings lower. Right mouse button click on an empty space on your desktop and go to properties. Then settings->advanced and you should be able to adjust the vertical frequency down to 60hz or 72hz. If not, then go to the monitor tab and load a generic monitor driver.
One time, I bought a repackaged display card that had been set too high and I had to reload the card driver in safe mode to get it to work correctly.
