سرعت کم انتقال فایل

تو این ویندوز سرعت Transfer من خیلی پایینه . دلیلش چیه ؟
کلا میشه سرعت کپی و پیستشو مثل ایکس پی کرد ؟

اگر قبلا مشکل نداشتید و الان دارید میتونه از ضعف سیستم باشه.
