Improve speaknig by voice chat

Hi friends
As speaking is an important part of learning english and some persons do not have any partner to practice speaking with her or him i think is a good idea to practice speaking with together
although i know many topics try to do such a thing and i also participate in them but they didnt keep on
I think for voice chat thebest software is skype
the quality is acceptable and aslo it is not to heavy to load for users who use dial up connections
so each guy who is interested please write skyps username
just add eachother and whenever others are availabel just starting voice chat if they have enogh time

please help eachother iti could be a good idea for peolpe like me who need to improve speaking

and another point if want to add eachother please note that you want to join for speaking practice in adding frinds message
