با سلام لطفاً در مورد خطاي زير مرا راهنمايي كنيد و راه حل اون رو هم بگيد :

Site error: the file C:\xampp\htdocs\a\ipanel4\index.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_win_5.2.dll to be installed by the site administrator.

در لوكال هم هست اگه ميشه در هاست هم توضيح بدين
