راهنمايي براي اجراي کاري خاص با دکمه های کيبورد مثلا اجراي برنامه

سلام
من مي خواستم کاري کنم که بعضي از کليد هاي کيبوردم يا ترکيبي از اون ها ، کارهاي خاصي انجام بده مثلا يه برنامه رو اجرا کنه.
اگه بشه بدون نرم افزار باشه بهتره.

· Click a window to terminate the program;
· Added minimize all, tile, show/hide desktop and so on;
· Lock the computer;
· Close the active window;
· Open Control Panel or a Control Panel item;
· Display "Shut Down Windows" dialog box.
· HotKeyBind works better with Windows 95 / 98 and Me;
· You can disable Windows HotKeys (such as WIN R or WIN F1);
· You can disable or pause HotKeys associated to link files;
· The configuration dialog warns you if you try to use a HotKey already registered by another program;
· Normal keys (i.e. without modifiers) can be used for HotKeys;
· The modifiers for the HotKeys in the "Edit keys" window can be selected using the keyboard and not only using the mouse;
