It depends on you.
Both Ielts and Toefl are at the same level.
The difference is that Ielts is based on british accent and Toefl is based on American accent.

No offense please, but considering your English knowledge level, incurred from your two previous posts, I think you have to study a lot and it's too soon for u to take such exams.

Anyway, I think TOEFL is better, since it is acceptable in both US and Canada universities, but I have heard that IELTS is not accepted in US

Dear Friend,
I totally agree with amir on this. As I see your English level in your posts, you'd better try to practice more and more and attend routine classes in institutes. Whenever you feel that you are qualified enough for the exams, you can participate in Ielts or Toefl classes.
I just want to let you know that Toefl or Ielts classes are classes to make you ready just for the exams . They never increase your level of English. If you improve your English and reach to a good level, you will be ready for any of these 2 exams in less than 3 months.So for now I recommend to practice more and more.

About Toefl or Ielts, it depends on where you wanna continue your studies. Ielts is acceptable in Countries like England, Australia, Canada(British English Spoken countries ) and some more and Toefl is acceptable in other countries esp US.

You have lots of time,try to get the best out of it.

Dear Nhaftad,

I appreciate your curiosity about English Certifications, as other friends recommended, perhaps first you should focus on improving your skills than choosing the proper test.

but here are some information for your attention

TOEFL has 3 different versions, PBT and CBT are easier than IELTS, since there is no speaking test, but IBT is almost as hard as IELTS.
IELTS and TOEFL are only valid for 2 years, so you just should take them, when you need them
IETLS is harder than Toefl in many ways, because TOEFL uses multiple choices, but IELTS is not just multiple choice exam, in many sessoins, you are needed to write your answers and your spelling problem will be counted

Ielts is usefull for immigration purposes ( General Versions)
or for continuing your studies ( academic version)
Toefl is well known only in Canada and USA, but other countries perffer IELTS
TOEFL usually is used for academic admission process

I strongly recommend you to think about Toefl or IELTS, only when you need them for your applicatoin, now just be patient and continue your studying

Babak, you got a nice website! But did your really established your website in 1996 as it is mentioned in the copy right status in the footer of your website? If so, you are older than google J However the whois your domain says you have registered it exactly on 2006-06-18. I assume your web designers have made this mistake. The other point regarding your website, it’s not compatible with firefox. Everything is disordered if you check it on FF.

Thanks for checking my website, I should re construct it, it is active since 2006 not 1996 and
well to be honest ,I designed it myself and if there is any problem, it is me who should be blamed.

I know it doesn't work well, I should spend some hours on it
