بالاخره پس از مدت ها انتظار و انتشار 7 نسخه آزمایشی Gaim 2.0.0 ، نسخه نهایی این نرم افزار با نام Pidgin 2.0.0 منتشر شد .

Pidgin این امکان را میدهد که به انواع سرویس های IM متصل شوید .

توسط این برنامه میتوانید به سرویس های AIM , Bonjour , Gadu-Gadu , Google Talk , Groupwise , ICQ , IRC , MSN , QQ , SILC , SIMPLE , Sametime , XMPP , Yahoo! , Zephyr متصل شوید.

این برنامه کد باز بوده و میتوانید به صورت دلخواه در آن تغییراتی ایجاد کنید . برای این منظور کافیست فایل های Source را دریافت کنید .

حجم برنامه برای ویندوز تقریبآ 10 مگابایت است . این برنامه را دانلود کنید و از امکانات جدید و بسیار زیبای آن استفاده کنید.
