اجرا نشدن فایلهای تصویری در سایت ایرانسیما کمک!!!!!
دوستان گرامی سلام.
من مدت زیادی که از سایت پرتال ایرانسیما [ برای مشاهده لینک ، با نام کاربری خود وارد شوید یا ثبت نام کنید ] که برای دیدن تلویزیون های صدا و سیما و آرشیو برنامه هاست استفاده می کنم.اما از یک هفته پیش به هنگام اجرای فایل های تصویری به یک ارور بر می خورم که بدین شرح است:

موقعی که روی web help زدم صفحه ی زیر را میاره و اونجوری که من فهمیدم می گه مشکلت با کارت صداته:

خلاصه اینی که میگه درایور کارت صدات آپدیت نشده که خوب من به وسیله ی آپدیت ویندوز انجام دادم که بازم مشکل حل نشد.می گه که دلیل دیگه هم می تونه این باشه که sound device درست کار نمی کنه.
من از دوستان خواهش خواهش خواهش دارم کمکم کنید.نمی دونم چه کار باید بکنم.درایور صدام را آخرین ورژنش را از صفحه ی آپدیت مایکروسافت نصب کردم ولی مشکم حل نشد.
