درود
اگه امکان داره توي استارت کلمه resource monitor رو سرچ کنيد و باز کنيد حالا توي
پنجره باز شده ببينيد maximum frequency و نمودار آبي که روبروش توي جدولي به نام
cpu-total هست چه وضعيتي داره آیا مثل من نوسان داره یا نه...

ممنون ميشم اگه اين کار رو انجام بديد!!
و اما مشکل من اينه که هيچوقت اين maximum frequency صد در صد نميشه و بعضی
وقت ها فرکانس به 798 میرسه و توی بازی هنگ میکنه.
قسمت processor power managmentهم تموم قسمت هاشو چک کردم همه
100 درصد و active هست.
دما رو هم چک کردم زیر 65 هست و بازم این مشکل به وجود میاد
با پشتیبانی hp هم تماس گرفتم اینطوری جواب داد:
I understand from the case notes that you
are experiencing issues with the CPU
frequency is constantly changing and hits
up to 100%.
I certainly understand the issue you have
explained and I shall assist you with your
request.
Vahid, if the CPU reaches more than 50 -
80% of continous usage and it confirms issue
to be with hardware, however, considering
the present situation, I would suggest you
to back up all the data and reinstall the
notebook using HP recovery disc. This would
help you in isolating the issue with
malware/hardware. If the issue still
persists after reimaging the notebook then
it confirms issue to be with hardware (CPU)
needs to be replaced with new spare at our
Service center. Any other workaround would
not resolve the issue permanently.
