I can't find any problem either.
I think ur problem is about simple and continuous present.
Look if it helps u
you can't make a present countionues when your main verb is "to be"
how do you translate these?

you're talking about present and that's all

و غذا حاضره. غذا هم همیشه نمی تونه حاضر باشه، فکر کنم در اون صورت یه always لازم داره
و معنی شاید و آینده هم نمیده.
نکته دیگه. ترجمه درست همیشه احتیاج به پترن داره. یعنی تا ندونی کجایی و داری چی میگی، نمیتونی ترجمه 100% درست انجام بدی

Dear Babak your sentence is grammatically wrong
We can't say It's for ten minutes that I have had lunch
You can use for for actions which you have started in the past and you want to mention the length of that action. For example:

I had worked in England for ten years.

Maybe it's better to say:
I had lunch ten minutes ago
