I like your photo but I usually prefer to take photos at sunset because during that time, your foto don't get harsh shadows...of course it's my opinion and yours is different

I going to iran language institute...My level is Elementary 2..
But First session I was inactive...becouse I don't know the Professor's Metod..
But other classmates were good..
How can i get better in speaking?
becouse i understand teacher talk but i coulden't speak..

Well of course usually it's much harder to speak/write than understand someone else's speech/writing. Maybe because we do and practice the latter more.

Try to put yourself more in English environments like this Chat Room thread, read people's discussions (don't worry if you don't understand them thoroughly, that will still help) and take part in the discussions as much as you can. It's a very good place to train what you've learned in the classroom.

If you don't mind let me give some piece of advice: first & foremost, learning & enjoyment are good fellows that always go hand-in-hand, stop sabotaging yourself and ENJOY your progress, I mean don't compare yourself with others, just focus on your performance and you will see by hardworking you will surpass others

As for your second question, there are many ways to improve your speaking one way is to talk with yourself and record your voice...i
