Hi dear Amin,
Are you sure about these? I doubt if they imply the meaning our friend is looking for!!
Oh I'm sorry if they're not what our friend is looking for... I found them in my persian-english dictionary for the phrase "Hesab Bordan Az Kasi". I'm not sure if they're right or not..... I'm sorry for the mistakel

Ok, I looked my given phrases up in an English-English dictionary.... surely ur right.... They all mean "to respect someone" or "to treat in a polite way"....l
Thanks for informing about my mistake...... After this I'll be more careful....
I didn't find any word or phrase expressing "hesab bordan".... But maybe we could use " To obey someone".... I'm still not sure about this one.....l

دوستان عزیز و بامعرفت...
یک کتاب خوب برای امتحان تافل میخوام.
دم همگی گرم و لب همگی خندان باد.
نزدیکترین معادل این اصطلاح در انگلیسی میشه :
: be/stand in awe of somebody also hold somebody in awe
to admire someone and have great respect for them and sometimes a slight fear of them:
All of the neighbours were a little in awe of my mother.
The villagers hold them in awe and think of them as gods.

i think farsi equivalent of mentioned phrase is
