Ok, I mean that The plane was orbitting around the sky about 1 hour and it didn't land. I think the pilot had discovered a problem and couldn't land easily!

Hi dear friends. I used the word "mean" for present tense. I don't think it was neccessary to use it in the past form.
But about our distance from the airport, I think 15km is not so close. I don't hear any noise. That event was only an accident. .

How about when your teacheris really professional but the institute has avey low management?
Or when the institute strongly manage what teacher should do and then even the worst theachers should teach in standard way and do some special works
I think the difference between going to class and studying at home is that you MUST do some special things for your teacher , this is influenced by both teacher and the institute equally
