کلمه over در جمله بالا، معنی فراتر نمی ده؟ یعنی فراتر ازحد میانگین.

نه، معنی همه یا تمام میده؛ یعنی میانگینی که از همه جهتها یا داده ها بدست بیاد.

واقعاً شرمنده ام که دارم زیاد مزاحم این بخش می شم.
من نمی تونم یک معنی درست و درمون از جمله زیر بیرون بکشم:

این کار با دسترسی گسترده و همگانی به رسانه الکترونیک تسهیل شده که فرآیند بکارگیری مستقیم آنها در آگاهی یا حافظه جمعی و مهمتر از آن خلاقیت جمع کثیری از مردم (بالقوه از سراسر جهان) را امکان پذیر [در معنی enable] میکند.

خوب، یک زبان هست قطعاً. زبانی که در فرآیند کسب و کار به کار میره و کسب وکاری که اجرای آن بهینه شده.
