    How can we obstruct depressing in life?

    Nowadays many people has faced this problem. For answering this question we should first know what depression is and which factors cause it. In this way we can answer the problem better. Knowing about the ingredients of every issues help us to find out it better to solve.
    Actually depression is the normal result do feeling disability and discontent. Disability of doing something or acquiring something. If you attenuate about people who are depressed you will find that feeling disability as a main reason that creates depression.
    We should know more about man and world which man live in it. Man is limited and world is very vast and expanded physically, intellectually and spiritually. Then another reason that can create depression is limitation of man. These factors I named them are the most important factors that creates depression and we can associate root of every reason to them.
    Now we know well about the reason we can talk about how obstruct it.
    The only way for preventing or obstructing of depression is changing your attitude and being content about what you have and what you are according what psychologists say. But only changing attitude is not enough, you should change to a right attitude, and because a man couldn t know about whole of world because of his limitation, he needs something extraterrestrial to guide him and give him discretion to the world then we need to the divine religious like Islam Christian and jewish.
    For example Islam give us this attitude to the world and life:
    It is temporary and you should ready for another world, then if you have any deficiency and disability consider God, being temporarily of world and existing another world. If you believe this attitude you will never be depressed or if you feel you can quickly recover yourself.

    3.We have a freezing cold weather in north and south pole.
    4.when it is snowy it s a good time to do winter sport like skiing.
    5.In autumn we have a windy and changeable weather in our area.

    How can we obstruct depressing in life?


    We are human by different feeling and boiling. Everything in our existence inside and outside can effect on ours feeling. For example: one dear person death, sickness and etc. That is related to everybody ideal that how obstruct his depressing for example: sport, music, watching movie, travel, reading book and meditation but I have some scientific suggestion for everybody: tell your feeling, get decide, looking for answers, don’t be display, accept principle and belief to others
    There are some feelings that were stopped in our existence. They should get time to show theirs. Speak, conversation, word… are good means to help our. When we have doubt and don’t get decide, we become worry that it makes we depressed early. Negative persons only see the problems and don’t see answers. We can looking for answers and solve our problems. Surely in this time we have a good feeling. The man that always tries to show him in perfect and good situation had to bear a heavy onus on his shoulder. We have a well mind by accept the truth in life. Who don’t belief to others don’t have good relationship with others. Don’t have deep relation. He doesn’t understand friendship means.
    Finally these are good suggestion to do but maybe you have your special method. When I get depressed, I think of the good old memories and it returns smile back on my face.

    How can we obstruct depressing in life?
    Soundness of mind is the most essential and basis part of individual’s health. In daily life we are face varieties problem that influence health of our mind and lack of attention can be dangerous for our health and it may cause of many physical and mental diseases and impress all aspect of our life so control of depressing has a main role to have a healthy life.
    When we try to manage or control our depressing, depends of our point of view, can be positive or negative so each have differences affect on health of our body and spirit. In my opinion to prevent depressing in life has some simple way. First, communicate with other; there is no need to solve your problem singly, so you can speak with reliable friend who can be your best friend or one of your family’s members. The next is to calm the mind; each person has differences way for this item such as: listen to favorite music, reading a book, painting, meditation, deep breath, yoga. All are so useful to relaxation of mind. Third one is exercising; it’s the best way to increasing power of mind and body health. Forth; Have a restful sleep is so useful to decrease depressing. The next is helping others; this act can help you to be in company and encourage you to be in society. Other way is to write; try to write the best way of solving problem, it can really help you to think. Next one is omitting negative words; instead of using (disability) make use of (ability). At the end is praying; speak to God and ask him for help it help you a lot. Although these are so hard but try to make your life happier after this moment.

    How can we obstruct depressing in life?

    In these days, human has dealt with new concerns such as developing new technologies and creating new means and facilities. Furthermore, our world has gotten progress rather than previous centuries. Today’s human adapt himself to this new process, but there is an important question; have these new facilities and development can use to help decreasing our depressing and stress? The answer is clear “no”.
    We as a human have sometimes forgotten our sprit and mental needs. We just have been concerning our physical needs and we’ve turned to materialist. As psychologist believed “we can make a change if our situation in life doesn’t be as normal as the recent days”, so we just want to change. First of all, it should be distinguished why we feel depressing. “What problem cause to be felt it?” answering to these items can be the first step to solve our problem. Second, the most crucial factor in this matter is based on our will and motivation.
    When we have known the reasons of depressing, it’s easy to reduce this problem. We should frank with other ourselves “I want to live at the best; I don’t want to be upset” The meditation and advising classes with psychologists are new modern ways in curing and getting over of depressing.
    In other way in my opinion is attended in groups and to share our idea as opinions with other people. Of course it should be considered this wrote relationship with optimistic and happy people” this group of people to us to reduce regularly the negative feeling against all life scour family.
    In conclusion, in order to have better life it is up to us what feeling we have had and will have in life’s viewing in people around us.

    How can we obstruct depressing in life
    Life consists of defeats and successes. Defeats and successes make a lovely life together same as ugliness and beauty, bitterness and sweetness that having meaning significant together. Everyone experienced defeat and success in different form and had different reaction to confront with them. Defeat usually has a bad influence on person. It's natural he feel bad about that but the way to face with defeat is very important. Trying to learn of defeats is the success key of prosperous people. On the other hand, some people are weak in front of defeats and become depressed. Depressed people think that the world is against their desire, future is dark and they're unable to confront with problems. This people will lose their confidence, soon. This kind of people should do some things to get rid of depressing , like replace positive ideas with negative ideas , exercise , engage in their interests , spend times with their close friends , determining some available aims for themselves , meet a counselor to get some advise and many other useful acts .

    This is a serious question that always humans ask and try to find some answers for it. But as the human's effort the problem also develop, so every simple subject became harder and finding answer became harder too. This reel is always happening and no one can cut it, however the most important thing is how we can reduce this things.
    Some how heumans think modern technologies can help them to pass depressing time in their life, such as all of communication systems and …
    In other side there is some idea about religion and the effect of it in humans life, we can not say that is not effective in humans life but the most important thing is how we look at the religion in our life, how we believe it and how we use it in our life. It's not important which religion do humans have, all of them even undivided religions has this effect on life, although the important thing is we separate superstitions of religions. In this case religion can have an incredible effect to obstruct depressing in life
    The other thing that it is always under consideration is the way of people think to their life. when ever the humans think change in looking to their life we can hope to reduce it. Even if some facilities are not available, or people have hard life.

    Before I go thru correcting yr mistakes, guys, I need yr help...lots of you are soooooooooooooo perfect at english and I'm so sure that u can notice some of the mistakes of yr friends...so plzzzzzz lift a finger n help me... l
    n besides, don't you guys think that there is a problem with the subject itself?!... wouldn't it be better if it was:

    before I go thru the mistakes of yr writing, I gotta say about Present Perfect Progressive which seems you have problem with:

    first there is a difference between Present Perfect and Present Perfect Progressive;
    First of all stick into yr mind that present perfect progressive is only used with action verbs; n its difference with Present Perfect is that in Progressive we are mentioning an action which hasn't finished yet and it is continuing...or you can see the result of what u've been doing
    have a look at this example:
    The phone bill is enormous. You've been calling your boyfriend in Australia, haven't you?l

    But present perfect refers to an action which is finished... n the result of that is not so emphasized...l

    the mistake u've made in yr examples is mostly about 'been'... been make a present perfect tense, progressive and the verb which comes with it should be progressive form:
    - I've been playing tennis
    - how long has she been driving car?l

    n other mistakes which I want u to correct them yrself...

    if there was any question left, let us know pall

    n now the mistakes of yr writing, u r pretty well at following a standard form of writing; way to go man
    first off: be more careful of the countable nouns; when u use adverbs of quantity like some, a lot, ... u have to use 's' for the countable nouns:
    different feelings
    some suggestions

    ours feeling: our feelings

    don't be display
    : ?! sorry, I didn't get u here?!l

    belief to others: believe others
    belief ---> noun
    believe---> verb

    They should get time to show theirs: they should find time to show themselves= they should get the chance/ they should have the opportunity to show themselves

    don’t get decide: can't decide

    become worry: get worried

    Negative persons:
    no grammar mistake, totally correct; but those people who are negetive are called pessimistic

    We can looking:
    we can look
    after modal verbs we have the present time of the verb... never gerund, never 's'...l

    Who don’t belief to others don’t have good relationship: those who don't believe others, don't have a good relationship...

    He doesn’t understand friendship means: he doesn't understand what friendship means

In my opinion to prevent depressing in life has some simple wayS. First, communicate with other; there is no need to solve your problem singly, so you can speak with reliable friend who can be your best friend or one of your family’s members. The next is to calm the mind; each person has differences way for this item such as: listen to favorite music, reading a book, painting, meditation, deep breath, yoga. All are so useful to relaxation of mind. Third one is exercising; it’s the best way to increasing power of mind and body health. Forth; Have a restful sleep is so useful to decrease depressing. The next is helping others; this act can help you to be in company and encourage you to be in society. Other way is to write; try to write the best way of solving problem, it can really help you to think. Next one is omitting negative words; instead of using (disability) make use of (ability). At the end is praying; speak to God and ask him for help it help you a lot. Although these are so hard but try to make your life happier after this moment.

    face itself is a verb, no need to use 'are'l

    it may cause of many: it may cause many

    depressing: depression

    family’s members: family members
    no need to use 's

    differences way: different way

    to increasing: to increase
    after to we mostly have the present form of a verb

    p.s: since in yr writing u've been thru different reasons, it's highly recommended to use 'ing' form of the verb for mentioning the reasons...n all the reasons which are mentioned should follow the same form
    as an examples u've written: have a useful sleep....while it's much better to wuse: having a restful sleep
    n if u read it again, u see that u've written some of them in ing form n others in simple form... so try to follow it for furthur writingsl
