The Ceville iPhone/iPod Touch game is an arcade version of the hit PC adventure of the same name. The two main characters Ceville and Lilly are tasked with achieving the highest scores across three challenging levels of arcade action gameplay. Graphically very close to the PC title, the mobile version also features the original game music and voice overs will be available in English and German languages.

Sad Cat Software’s new iPhone game Project Phoenix is currently free to download, but it won’t remain free for long so head on down to the App Store soon.

It’s a twin stick shooter where you control a tank instead of a person. Project Phoenix includes seven different arenas, each jam-packed with enemies, many of which are much larger than you too.

For each enemy tank or emplacement you destroy, you win money, which you can use to upgrade your own tank or call in an airstrike. Although it should be an impossible mission considering the forces you’re up against, your tank is one tough little blighter.

With decent controls and a host of upgrades, Project Phoenix is an addictive blaster that you should download before it goes up in price.

Overall
The game is perfectly suited for the iPhone, it’s arcade-like graphics and gameplay work well with this type of game. It was easy to learn and play right away, but it didn’t get boring and repetitive like other arcade games can get. At $.99 it’s a steal and will keep you entertained for quite sometime, it’s simple yet addictive, and that’s what I like in my iPhone games.

Game Of Da Dead is pretty exciting, though I think a few snags could be taken care of. Like, for example, the texts on top of the screen mentioning the number of lives and all that info, well, that could be more visible. I’ve already mentioned about the power ups. Also, it would make our lives a lot easier if the turret didn’t have a separate control. But then, we are up against zombies who are dying a second death, so let’s make it easier for them.
