I mean when you are exercising your english, you can perform that procedure. I never told you to use a dictionary while giving a speech!!!

such as
voice chat with some one in En
stand in front of the mirror and try to speak with yourself(it maybe seem funny at the first,but it's a very good way)\

No Venus,Not exactly.But 90 percent u should talk to someone else to improve ur english. But I insist watching movies. It's kind of way to be good in speaking.
