House Upgrades



There are a total of 5 home extentions, which all-in-all will cost you 56,500G and 2,620 pieces of wood, but it's worth it! You can't choose which extension you get: you HAVE to get them in the following order:
Chicken Coop: This will double the size of your chicken coop: you will now be able to fit 10 chickens in there instead of 5. It costs 5,000G and 420 pieces of lumber. This one is required if you want to marry Rick.
1st House Extension: Your house will double in size, and you'll get a kitchen. It costs 4,700G and 370 pieces of lumber.
Barn: You will be able to fit 20 animals in your barn now! It costs 6,800G and 500 pieces of lumber.
2nd House Extention: Your kitchen will become a bit bigger, and you'll get a bedroom complete with 2 beds and a nice rug! It costs 10,000G and 750 pieces of lumber.
Hothouse: A greenhouse, where you can grow any crop at any time of year! It costs 30,000G and 580 pieces of lumber. It can also be demolished by a hurricane or blizzard. It can be rebuilt, though. Since it's so expensive, it's usually good to save every day in winter and summer, and if there will be a blizzard or hurricane the next day, just go through that day without saving it to see if the hothouse was destroyed. If is was, just re-set the game and just keep trying until you see that it's still standing.



Characters

	Elli: Elli is Ellen's granddaughter and Stu's older sister. Your rival for the doctor's affection. She's generally very nice, but will get extremely upset if the doctor chooses you over her for anything (dancing, the Goddess Festival, etc.) Her birthday is the 16th of Spring.
	Ann: Ann is Doug's daughter. Your rival for Cliff's affection. She's rather outgoing, though she can be shy at times. She works at the inn. Her birthday is the 17th of Summer.
	Karen: Karen is the daughter of Jeff and Sasha. Your rival for Rick's affection. She's a bit of a prankster sometimes, but is generally very nice and willing to listen to anyone who has problems they need to talk about. She hangs around the supermarket most of the time. Her birthday is the 15th of Fall.
	Popuri: Popuri is Lillia's daughter and Rick's younger sister. Your rival for Kai's affection. She's quite childish, though she will open up to you more if you befriend her. She stays at the poultry farm most of the time. Her birthday is the 10th of Summer.
	Mary: Mary is the daughter of Basil and Anna. Your rival for Gray's affection. She's rather shy, and loves to read. She works at the library. Her birthday is the 20th of Winter.
	The Doctor: For some odd reason he's the only person with no actual name... Anyway, he runs the clinic. The doctor's a very serious man who has lately been questioning whether or not he's really needed in the village... His birthday is the 17th of Fall. He really likes herbs and poisonous mushrooms.
	Gray : Gray is Saibara's grandson, a native of the big city, and works at the blacksmith's shop. He's rather surly, but he will improve if you keep on befriending him. Gray's birthday is the 6th of Winter. He really likes ores.
	Rick: Rick is Lillia's son and Popuri's older brother.He works at the poultry farm. He's rather nice, but likes to argue with people; namely Popuri, Karen, and Kai. (Rick and Kai hate each other and don't get along at all.) Rick's birthday is on the 27th of Fall, and he really likes wine and spa-poached eggs, but his favorite thing is an egg-cooked dish.
	Cliff: Cliff is a newcomer to the village. He lives at the inn and will work at the vineyard if you help him out. Despite is rough appearance, Cliff is actually very nice. He wants to stay in the village, but can't unless he can get a job and make some money. His birthday is the 6th of Summer. He really likes spa-poached eggs and apples.
	Kai: Kai only comes during the summer, and runs a restaurant on the beach. He's pretty nice, but has a way with women and is rather unpopular with most of the men of the village because of that. He and Rick can't stand each other, though Kai is quite fond of Rick's younger sister. His birthday is the 22nd of Summer, and he really likes corn, eggs, pizza, and tomatoes.
	Lillia: Lillia is the mother of Rick and Popuri. Her husband has been gone for quite some time, looking for a cure for a strange disease that Lillia has. You can buy chickens and chicken feed from her when she's in the house at the poultry farm (which is almost all day, every day but Sunday.) Her birthday is the 19th of Spring, and she seems to like flowers, herbs, and medicine a lot.
	Barley: Owner of Yodel Ranch and May's grandfather. His daughter Joanna came back some time ago, and simply left one day, leaving him to raise May on his own. You can buy cows, sheep, fodder, miracle potions, medicine, etc. from him. His birthday is Spring 17.
	May: Barley's granddaughter. She lives at Yodel Ranch, but is very lonely. When she comes to your house to ask to help on the farm, bring her to the church, and she'll play with Stu almost every day from then on. Her birthday is Winter 26, and she likes flowers and sweets the most. She doesn't like bamboo shoots.
	Saibara: The blacksmith, and Gray's grandfather. A rather surly-looking old man who can be pretty gruff. He can upgrade your tools, sell you tools, and make jewelry. The most expensive things you can get from him are the mayo maker, cheese maker and yarn maker. They're pricey (20,000G each!) but are well worth the price. His birthday is Spring 11, and he likes ores.
	Duke: The vineyard owner. He loves to drink, but his wife, Manna, won't let him drink at home, so he goes to the bar at night. I'm not sure what he likes.... wine, probably! His birthday is Winter 15.
	Manna: Duke's wife. She sells wine from her house from 9AM to noon on every day but Saturday. She loves to talk, and will tell you some interesting gossip about the townspeople quite often. Her birthday is Fall 11, and be sure to give something to her! I don't remember if she said anything special in BTN, but in HM for Girl, she has a very funny reaction!
	Basil: A botanist who moved to Mineral Town with his wife, Anna, and daughter, Mary, some years ago. He loves plants, so you can probably guess what to give him. He also has written many books on various subjects, but mostly about plants. His birthday is Summer 11.
	Anna: Basil's wife and Mary's mother. She also likes to talk a lot, though she isn't a match for Manna.I'm not sure what she likes, but in this game, she really hates flowers! Her birthday is Fall 23.
	Ellen: Elli and Stu's grandmother. She has bad legs, so she's always sitting in her rocking chair at home. She used to be a midwife. I'm not to sure what she likes. Her birthday is Winter 13.
	Stu: Elli's younger brother. He loves mischief, and often gets in trouble. He likes sweets (I think) and his birthday is Fall 5.
	Mayor Thomas: The mayor of Mineral Town (duh) and Harris' father. He cares a lot for the villagers and is good friends with Ellen. He likes most vegetables and cooked items, I think... His birthday is Summer 25.
	Harris: The mayor's son and the only policeman in the village. He, like his father, cares for other people a lot. It seems that he has long had a crush on Duke and Manna's daughter, Aja, who left town years ago. I'm not sure about what he likes. His birthday is Summer 4.
	Jeff: Owner of the supermarket. Sasha is his wife and Karen is their daughter. He'll let anyone push him around, especially his wife. But he's very nice, and (in for Girl, anyway) is very concerned with his daughter's future. I'm not sure what he likes, and his birthday is Winter 29.
	Sasha: Jeff's wife and Karen's mother. She's pretty pushy, but overall very kind. I'm not sure what she likes, but I know that she doesn't like anything made with fish. Her birthday is Spring 30.
	Carter: The pastor of the village. He conducts wedding ceremonies and such. His birthday is Fall 20.
	Doug: Owner of the inn and Ann's father. He's a great cook. He's desperate to see his daughter get married someday soon! I'm not sure what he likes, either, but his birthday is Winter 11.
	Won: A shady-looking peddler who sells things at high prices. However, he does sell some worthwhile things: fruit and vegetable seeds that the supermarket doesn't have, and he also sells flower seeds. His birthday is Winter 19.
	Gotz: The carpenter. He used to have a family at one time, but his wife and all their children were tragically killed in a storm years ago. He now lives alone behind the Poultry Farm (Chicken Lil's). He likes lumber, and his birthday is Fall 2.
	Zack: The shipper. He came to town years ago and now ships things directly to and from the city, saving individual villagers valuable time by selling their goods to the city, meaning they don't have to travel. He likes by the sea, and you can never go into his house for some reason... He also seems to have a bit of a crush on Lillia. His birthday is Summer 29.
	The Goddess: Birthday unknown. She lives in the water by the waterfall. Throw in a vegetable to give an offering to her. If you give her enough vegetables, she might just do something for you.

Gourmet Man: He comes to town once a year, for the Cooking Festival. You can't give him anything, so don't bother trying! His birthday is unknown.
Kappa : Don't know much about him, except that he lives in the big lake, above the waterfall, where the Winter Mine is.
Harvest Sprites: Flour is their favorite thing.

Harvest Goddess



Throw a vegetable into the waterfall that's by the mine that's open all year long. If you do so, the Goddess will appear! Once you've given her a certain amount of vegetables, she will do something for you...
5 vegetables: She'll give you a Power Berry.
10 vegetables: The guy who likes you the most will come down from the flower field in the mountain with a flower for you. If it's Kai who likes you the most, be sure to get this scene in the summer!
15 vegetables: The Goddess will give you a piece of lumber that Gotz will buy from you for 1000G.






Festivals



Most festivals start at 10AM and are held at Rose Square. Ones marked with a * take place at 6:00 pm (or later). If they don't take place at Rose Square, it will be mentioned in the festival's description.
Spring Festivals
Spring 01 - New Year's Day
NOTE: You don't celebrate New Year's Day in Year 1, but you do every year after.
There are two places you can go to celebrate this day: the inn or Rose Square. The inn is where the older people in the town go, while the young people (including the guys) go to the square. Thus, I'd highly recommend going to the square!! Talk to the guy you like the most, and he'll ask you to dance with him!
Spring 08 - Goddess Festival
This festival celebrates the coming of spring. The girls in town all dress up in costumes and perform a dance for the villagers. The day before the festival, the guy who likes you the most will come to your house at noon to ask to escort you. However, if Kai likes you the most, then it's tough luck: he's only there during the summer, so you'll have to go alone or go with the guy who likes you second best.
Spring 14 - Thanksgiving Festival
This is a day when the guys in town show their appreciation for the hard work the women do and give the girl they like some kind of sweet. If you gave a guy some chocolate on the Winter Thanksgiving day, he'll return the favor!
Spring 18 - Local Horse Race
You can enter a full-grown horse if you have one, and bet on the horses there to win some medals.
Spring 22 - Cooking Festival
The gourmet judge comes to town to choose the best dish. If you have a kitchen and cooking supplies, you should try to enter a dish and see if you win! (I've never won though... Maybe the judge just doesn't like ice cream or something?)
Summer Festivals
Summer 1st - Opening Day
This day celebrates the opening of the swimming season!! Each year, the people who participate are different:
Year 1: You, Kai, Ann, Elli, Gray, the Doctor
Year 2: You, Kai, Popuri, Karen, Jeff, Harris
Year 3: You, Popuri, Karen, Ann, Elli, Mary
In year 4, it repeats the same people who participated in Year 1.
Summer 7th: Chicken Festival
A chance to prove that your best hen is, well, not chicken! (Ha, bad pun...) Your goal is to drive your opponent's chicken out of the ring. Rumor has it that chickens who win will start producing Golden Eggs...
Summer 12 - Tomato Festival
You can join one of the four teams here and try your best at pelting the opposing teams with tomatoes. You must be very careful on this one: if you're hit with a tomato, you're out! The last team standing wins.
Summer 20 - Cow Festival
Only full-grown cows can be entered into this festival. If you have a very happy cow, then you should enter her. There are rumors that a winning cow will give Golden Milk... This takes place at Yodel Ranch.
Summer 24 - Fireworks Display*
Go to the beach for this one. One of the guys might invite you to watch the fireworks with him.
Fall Festivals
Fall 3 - Music Festival*
This one takes place at the church at 6PM. Pastor Carter will ask you to play the ocarina at the festival the day before. IMPORTANT: You must be on time for this!! If you're late you can't participate!
Fall 9th: Harvest Festival
Everyone in town brings an ingredient for a big potluck dinner. You can bring something, too, but some things (such as honey, lumber, poison mushrooms, etc.) will ruin the stew.
Fall 13th: Moon Viewing Day*
You go to the top of Mother's Hill after 6PM for this one. If you have a kitchen, go to the supermarket and buy the kit to make Moon View Dumplings. (Just talk to Jeff behind the counter.) You don't need any utensils to make the dumplings.The guy who likes you the most will be waiting at the top of the mountain. (Once again, if it's Kai who likes you most, it will be the guy who likes you second most waiting for you.)
Fall 21st: Sheep Festival
This takes place at Yodel Ranch. If you have a sheep who is very happy, enter it in the festival! If it wins, it might start growing Golden Fleece...
Winter Festivals
Winter 10th: Dog Race
You and your dog have to work together in this race. Your dog must like you enough to follow you when you run. (Be sure to hug your dog every day and play fetch with him a lot when you get the ball from Won.)
Winter 14th: Winter Thanksgiving
This is the day that women and girls show their appreciation to the men in the village. Buy chocolate at the supermarket (just talk to Jeff) and give it to the guy you like most!
Winter 24th: Star Night Festival*
The day before, buy an invitation from Jeff. Give it to the guy whom you want to invite. Make sure that you have some stuff in your rucksack when he comes. (Wine and bread would be fine.)
Winter 30th: New Year's Party*
This takes place at the peak on Mother's Hill at midnight. Join some of the villagers to see the first sunrise of the new year!

Power Berries

There are 11 of them:

1. Try to cut down the tree on Mother's Hill (past the lake and over the bridge
   it's right before the summit entrance). It will talk to you and say something
   like no please spare my life, and give you a choice whether to continue cutting
   or stop, say stop and you'll get a Power Berry. If you continue to chop it
   down you will faint, and Gotz will go psycho.
2. Mine in the mine behind the waterfall, you'll eventually get a Power Berry.
3. Mine in the Winter Mine, you'll eventually get a Power Berry.
4. Win the Swimming Festival in the summer.
5. Throw five items (one per day) into the Goddess Pond. It has to be a
   crop or egg cant be like a weed or something. You have to stand behind the
   waterfall and throw it in the oval water. Once you throw it in she'll give you a
   Power Berry.
6. In the Winter, go behind and to the left of the mine. Press X and walk
   around (against the wall you can't see) and you'll find one!
7. Buy one off of the TV Shopping Network(5000G) after you have bought all the
   kitchen utensils.
8. Buy one at the Horse Race. (Manage to win 1001 medals)
9. Fish in the Ocean and eventually you'll get a Power Berry! (Good Luck I have
   never got this)
10. In the Winter mine down to the bottom of the Winter Mine. Go into the cavern
    with the pond and start fishing, you'll eventually get a Power Berry.
11. Plant more than 90 flowers on your farm, and when Anna comes by (when they
    bloom) tell her she can have as many as she wants. She'll give you a Power
    Berry.

بعد از اينكه روي دست و پا راه ميره از اون موقع ميشه بهش كادو با هرچيزي كه دوست داري بدي كه قلبش زياد بشه كه نظر من اينه كه سيب هاي فصل پاييز رو جمع كني و بهش بدي كه زود قبلش به آخر برسه.
