There is no doubt that it's hard to remember all of the words heared!!l

In my opinion you should merely try to memorize or write some key words and main phrases not all of them!

It's better to believe in your mind and be more self confident.

By the way ! you should say "I don't have" instead of "I have not" .

at uni we studied about this, but it can not be of any use, so as Narsis said just be attentive to understand the main pionts n stick them down
sometimes, the speaker just beats around the bush n says some examples n some craps, try not to pay attention to these rubbish, cuz by these things they wanna trip you up but you should be aware to get the main points only n that can be achieved by working more n more on yr listeningl

All of them are good, but for different purposes
504 is good for learning advanced vocabularies


new person to person is good for practicing listening and learning spoken functions
and audio books are great for imporving your listening and reading simultaneously
