سلام به اساتيد: من يه مشكلي توي پرينت فايل ورد 2007 دارم. [خيلي حياتيه](هم پرينت روي كاغذ هم تبديل به pdf)


نمي دونم چرا موقع چاپ يا pdf تو اول بعضي از سطرها آخرين كلمه ي سطر بالا را تكرار مي كنه؟


(اين مسئله هم تو دوستونه كردن ديده شده هم يك ستونه)

فايل من هفتاد صفحه است.

من يه جايي كار ميكردم، كه يه جورايي همين مشكل رو داشتم ... اومدن مشكل رو حل كردن

پرينترمون Hp بود... و مثل اينكه مشكل از پرينتر بود ... اما متاسفانه وقتي اومدن مشكل رو حل كردن من نبودم

استثناً پرينتر شما هم hp نيست؟

من برای جدا کردن اعداد به صورت 3رقم در ورد 2007 مشکل دارم. در ورد 2003 با زدن کلید بغل صفر یل همان . اعداد بوسیله کاما از هم جدا می شد . لی در ورد 2007 همان دات (.) نشان داده می شود مثلاً قبلا به صورت 25,000 بود ولی الان 25.000
چه کار کنم؟ برام خیلی مشکل ایجاد کرده؟
یکی از دوستان اصلاح از طریق AutoCorrectرا پیشنهاد کرده که ایرادش اینکه که در پایان خط وقتی نطقه می گذاریم آنرا تبدیل به کاما می کند؟
راه حل دیگه ای نداره؟ جالب است که بر روی لپ تاپم در ورد2007 موقع تایپ اعداد کاما هست و مشکلی نیست ولی وقتی همان فایل را در کامپیوتر شرکت باز می کنم کاما اعداد تبدیل به نقطه می شود.

من شخصا با هر سيستمي كه كار ميكنم قبل از هر كاري اول از همه، پارامترهاي auto correct رو غيرفعال ميكنم اينطوري، معمولا همه چيز همون طوري ميمونه كه از اول بوده...

نميدونم كه در سيستم شما اين پارامترها فعال هستند يا خير، ولي اگه در يه سيستم با 2007، درسته و در سيستم ديگه با 2007 غلط، پس فكر كنم كه پارامترهاي auto correct رو بايد بررسي كنين....

من الان 2007 در دسترس ندارم، بنابراين دقيقتر نميتونم راهنمايي كنم... sorry

بالايي براي تنظيم مكان شروع اول هر پاراگراف است پاييني مخصوص تنظيم مكان شروع به تايپ ساير متن هست

درسته و در تكميل جواب دوستمون، به عبارت حرفه‌اي تر

تورفتگي سر سطر يا سر اشپون، به همون تورفتگي اول هر پاراگراف ميگن...

شكل بالايي، براي تنظيم تورفتگي سر سطر يا سر اشپون هستش... (در اولين خط هر پاراگراف)

و اما شكل دومي يا پاييني دو كاربرد متفاوت داره

يه نگاه دقيقتر كه بهش بندازين ميبينين كه دو قسمته

اگه قسمت بالايي رو كه مثلث شكله بگيرين و حركت بدين، ميتونين موقعيت سطرهاي دوم به بعد پاراگراف رو تغيير بدين

و اگه قسمت پاييني رو كه مربع شكله بگيرين، هر دو شكل بالايي و پايين با هم حركت ميكنن و اينطوري عرض كل پاراگراف رو ميتونين تغيير بدين و يا به اصطلاح اشپون اون رو تغيير بدين.

دوم اينكه، در 2003، در toolbar مربوط به drawing
در قسمت draw/grid ميتونستيم با تغيير پارامترها،
روي نوار خط كش، خيلي ظريف حركت كنيم، تا ديگه خودش چند ميلي‌متر به ميلي‌متر نپره.

اين پارامتر يعني grid در 2007 يا 2010 كجاست؟؟؟؟؟

ممنون از پاسختون، درسته پرينتر ما هم hp هست ولي وقتي pdf هم مي‌كنم همينطور ميشه، امروز يك صفحه رو pdf كردم اصلا شروع صفحه و پايان صفحه با اونچه كه تو ورد مي ديدم تفاوت داشت بازهم آخرين كلمه يكي از سطرها تو اول سطر بعدي تكرار شد.
وقتي print preview خود ورد رو باز كردم شروع و پايان صفحه با اونچه كه pdf كرده بودم شبيه بود ولي اونجا كه تو pdf تكرار شده بود فرق مي‌كرد و تكرار نداشت. من كه ديگه واقعا گيج شدم.

از سربرگ view گزينه gridlines رو انتخاب كن احتمالا مشكل حل ميشه.
در ضمن ميتوني موقع حركت دادن اشكال كليد ctrl رو بگيري و با كليدهاي arrow key (مكان نما) اون رو جابه جا كني، اينطوري خيلي دقيقتر حركت مي‌كنند

به تازگی با استفاده از انتی اسپای ویری چند چیز از ویندوز پاک شده که یکیش ظاهرا به ورد نیز لطمه زده.
وقتی تو ورد کلیک راست می کنم پنجره(کلیک راست که copy,paste داره) خیلی سریع بسته می شه و عملا با کلیک راست هیچ کاری نمی تونم انجام بدم.
repair هم کردم ولی نتیجه ای نداشت.
چی کار کنم؟!
