Sony Ericsson LT26i ‘Nozomi’ benchmarked and sized up against Xperia arc S
We have already [ برای مشاهده لینک ، با نام کاربری خود وارد شوید یا ثبت نام کنید ] some high-resolution leaked pictures of the Sony Ericsson LT26i codenamed ‘Nozomi’ in the past, but we’ve now got another round of shots that are worth looking at. These hands-on pictures are from ITProPortal and include some angles not seen previously. The top of the handset had not been pictured before, it holds the power button and 3.5mm headphone jack. We’re glad to see the headphone jack back at the top of the phone, like on the Xperia X10, versus the side of the phone like the 2011 flagships (Xperia arc and Xperia PLAY). One side of the handset has HDMI, volume control and a dedicated camera shutter button, whilst the other side has the micro USB port. The pictures aren’t the clearest, but it looks like all ports will be covered by a flap.
The picture of the back of the handset confirms the use of a micro-SIM, sealed battery and no microSD support. There are more pictures that show Nozomi side-by-side with the Xperia arc S. Nozomi is boxier, taller and marginally wider too. It will be interesting to see how that extra handset length feels in the hand ergonomically.
This particular version was running Android 2.3.7 (which all 2011 Xperia handsets are likely to be updated to) running the 2.6.35 kernel. The phone scored 2219 on the Quadrant benchmark. Strangely the Quadrant benchmark shows the handset as running only one core at 1.5GHz. The benchmark does list the chipset as MSM8660, which we know is a 1.5GHz dual-core chip.
Other confirmed details include 1GB of RAM and a 720 x 1280 resolution display. We also expect the handset to feature a 12MP camera and at least 8GB of internal storage. There are rumours that Nozomi will officially be called Xperia HD on release. We expect it to be announced at CES 2012 next week. Stay tuned.

گوشی های که تو CES 2012 از طرف سونی اریکسون یا سونی معرفی خواهد شد
With CES 2012 just around the corner, we thought it would be useful to bring everyone up to date on the Sony Ericsson handset rumours. We expect at least a couple of new handsets to be announced along with new details on how Sony eyes its mobile strategy post the Sony Ericsson era. This is likely to include convergence and utilisation of Sony’s key technologies and media content. As things stand, it’s pretty much a dead cert that we’ll see the Sony Ericsson LT26i ‘Nozomi’ make an appearance at CES. The phone is likely to use the Xperia HD marketing namesake and we’ve seen too many leaks for this to be a no-show. The main features of Nozomi are rumoured to be a 1.5GHz dual-core chipset, 1GB RAM, 12MP camera, 4.3-inch (720 x 1280 resolution) display and 32GB internal storage (no external memory).
Apart from Nozomi, we’re not entirely sure what other handsets will be formally announced next week. We thought the Sony Ericsson LT28at for AT&T would be shown off, it is said to include a 4.55-inch 720p display, 1.5GHZ dual-core processor and 13MP camera. However, we’ve recently heard that this phone may not be released until September 2012 or later.
Then there is the 4-inch LT22i Nypon, which shares similar specs with Nozomi but will come with a smaller display qHD resolution and an 8MP Exmor R camera. Rumours also point to this phone using the ST-Ericsson U8500 NovaThor chipset, which would mark a move away from Qualcomm for at least some of its handsets. Then there are the mid-range handsets such as the ST25i ‘Kumquat’ and MT27i ‘Pepper’, although we’ve not heard a great deal about these two. They may be set for a MWC reveal in Barcelona in February 2012.
Whatever will be announced it is set to be an exciting week for Xperia fans. Be sure to check back for the latest developments. We’ve posted the summarised specifications of the six rumoured handsets below. Which one are you looking forward to the most?

قرار این لایو ویو جدید تو CES معرفی بشه
Sony Ericsson is all set to announce some new products later on today at CES 2012 (or early tomorrow depending on which time zone you are in). Whilst most Sony Ericsson fans are waiting on details of the new Xperia handsets with feverish anticipation, we expect the company to announce some new accessories too. One of these will be the successor to the LiveView Bluetooth remote mini display. The Verge caught a picture of the device, which looks imminently more fashionable than its predecessor. It features what looks like a rubber green wrist strap and a spring loaded clip to easily remove the display from the strap. The unit itself also looks nicer than the original, with a chrome metal strip along the sides. Many felt that the LiveView was an interesting concept but needed more work, both in terms of the wrist strap and apps. Let’s hope Sony Ericsson deliver on this new version.
