چندبن روز پیش تلویزیون انیمیشن "UP" رو پخش کرد و نام این کارتون را انیمیشن پرواز گذاشته بودند ، به نظر شما دوستان "پرواز" ترجمه مناسبی برای "UP" است ، به نظر من اگر UP را همان "بالا" ترجمه میکردند قشنگ تر بود.حالا نظر شما دوستان را میخواهم ؟

بدسلیقگی TV ما در زمینه انتخاب معادل مناسب برای اسامی فیلم و سریالها یه مساله بسیار قدیمیه ... که متاسفانه اغلب هم از این ریشه می گیره که "مخاطب TV چیزی نمی فهمه و ما باید بجاش تصمیم بگیریم و بهش کمک کنیم که بفهمه! و نباید با اسامی سنگین به مغز کوچکش فشار بیاریم!!" ..نتیجه اینکه مثلاً اسامی شخصیت های کارتونها در گذشته ساده سازی میشد یا اسامی فیلمها کوتاه میشد..

این نمونه ای که ذکر کردی هم یکی اشه ..

brief و بریف کردن یه اصطلاحه به معنی اینکه یه نفر رو از یه موضوع مطلع کنیم و طی یه جلسه توجیه اش کنیم (همون جلسه توجیهی خودمون) .. البته سینا جان هم "اطلاعات لازم به --- داده شده" رو انتخاب کرده که مناسبه ... بیشتر از باب منشی عرض می کنم.. چون اغلب، آدمهای مهم بریف میشن و خب یه منشی که شخص خاصی نیست!

چند وقتی هست دنبال یه تر جمه از متن آهنگ الیزه ( Alizee - I'm Not 20 ) می گردم ولی چیزه پیددا نکردم.متن سختی نیست ولی من هر کاری کردم نتونستم از توشون بعضی از مصراع هاش جمله در بیارم ممنون می شم اگه کسی ترجمه ش کنه.

خیلی جاها بود که یا دیالوگها عوض شده بود یا اشتباه ترجمه شده بود
مثلا به planet hollywood میگفتن "سیاره ی اسرارآمیز"
یه جا Jack با بیسیم ماشینش داره حرف میزنه میگه "I'm loosing reception " ترجمه کرده بود "برگه پذیرش رو گم کردم"!!!!!

جاهایی مثل ویکی پدیا نوشتن مسابقه تا کوه جادوگران، ولی بنظرم میشه بهش کوه جادوگری هم گفت شاید زیاد مرسوم نباشه ولی witch کاربرد adjective هم میتونه داشته باشه.(به معنی مربوط به جادوگری) توی ترجمه عنوان ها معادل سازی لغت به لغت اولویت نداره وگرنه اون چیزی که شما نوشتی درسته، ولی اونجا نوشته جادوگران و جمع بسته در حالی که اصلا جمع نیست ولی چون تو فارسی به گوش آشناتره ازش استفاده کردن.

من یه مقدار متن ترانه رو که دیدم فهمیدم داره تو محیط یه دادگاه بیان میشه
اولش که میگه Your honour please
بعد پاراگراف بعدی I must confess
یا objection overruled که میگه اعتراض وارد نیست
...
اگه اشتباه نکرده باشم rise باید اینجا معنی adjourn یا همون به وقت دیگری موکول کردن رو بده که از اونجایی که این گروه بریتانیایی هستن این اصطلاح هم عمدتا در بریتانیا رایج هست.
پس یعنی [رسیدگی به] همگی [اتهامات] به وقت دیگری موکول بشه (به تعویق بیفته)
I rest my case هم که انتهای هر chorus میگه که توضیحاتش در دادخواهی قانونی به پایان رسیده.
