Hi blokes
I think This essay show us how we can be successful in group activity and what methods we must do in a team.:And in second part it shows us what things help me to know how we chose our partners and which characters are most important for choosing them.
At last I m gonna say thanks from dear single boy ! I learned many new words from this reading:D
This is my summary of reading:
Benefits of team working for learning and some recommendations to make team working more effective
Researches show that people can learn better in groups because there are interacts and collaborations in team working .
Sharing notes and points that your teammates haven t got, correcting the mistakes of each others, doing library search, inspecting result of exams to correct them are some of these interacts.
But theme says that all group working don’t redound to more effective learning too. It s gave a few suggestion:
Try to select your peers from those who have different interests and thoughts with you because there will be less interacts when your peers and you have the same ideas.
If the member of group is kept less than six , its more effective. Because it cause more relationship and restrain someone to shirk his or her responsibilities in group.
True (T), false (f), or impossible to know (I)
1- T
2- I
3- F
4- F
5- I
Consider the issues
This part has the answer of two question ,I think :
I think being able to work effectively in group is the most important thing because speed of our improvement is less in singularity mode and with this world that is going to be more complicated day by day , teamwork is the best and the only way to improvement.
TEAM–RELATED WORDS AND PHRASES
1-peers
2-team up with
3-teamwork
4-leader
5-?
