which one is correct ?
1- he can t speak english yet
2- he still can t speak english

In my opinion the first one is correct bcuz in that way I know, yet is used in negative sentences and still is used in positive sentences . but I heard the second one from an authoritative source .

as u've mentioned, responsible is an adj...we use a/an/the (articles) for nouns not adjectives
You can say:
I'm resposible
or
I'm a responsible man---->here the article 'a' refers to the noun: man

house has a physical meaning, when we talk about the structure of a building but home is a place where we live and it includes emotion
Home can be wherever, a place u've been brought up, a place u've received love n a place with lost of good n bad memories for you...
house describes a type of building

'yet' n 'still' both can be used in a negative sentence with the same meaning. but 'still' is more emphatic than 'yet' in negative sentencesl

ya, of course, yet is mostly used in negative sentences n questions
still can also be used in a negative sentence with the exact meaning of 'yet' n as I said it is more emphatic n also less formal
