I think for learning english you must really want to learn it's very important
then you must practice with a book like newinterchange with book and cd
and first Newinterchange Intro the yellow book

practice progress

I don't recommend using new interchange, it is not helpful without a teacher.

BUt if you provide above books, I will email you the method you should use.

Self study is better than going to institute, if you are a self motivated one.
