جمله اول را همونطور که دوستمون گفتن depends on میشه

ولی جمله دوم، به نظر میاد که was کاملا صحیه و دلیل شما کامل اشتباهه، چون فعل و فاعل پشت هم آمده

حرف اضافه توانایی داشتن برای انجام کاری of هست.

to be homest,i`ve jus heard about tofel and iles,what is MCHE test?where can it be used?how dificult is it to pass?

which one is correct ?
1- he can t speak english yet
2- he still can t speak english

In my opinion the first one is correct bcuz in that way I know, yet is used in negative sentences and still is used in positive sentences . but I heard the second one from an authoritative source .
