من توي ورلد 19 بن شدم. الان وقتي مي خوام برم داخلش اين پيغام رو ميده:

§1) one account per player

each player is allowed only one account per game world. This does not include accounts which people are sitting through the account sitting feature. Sharing your password with another player on any world you play is forbidden.

§2) players sharing an internet connection

while players are sharing an internet connection (and 24 hours thereafter) absolutely no interaction between the accounts is allowed. They are not allowed to supply, support or attack each other, attack coordinated or interact in any other way. Regular sharing of a connection has to be reported (settings -> share internet connection) and all interaction is forbidden permanently for those accounts.

§3) account sitting

account sitting is a temporary way to watch someones account while that person cannot log into his own account. While a player is account sitting for another player, no interactions (attack/supply/support/co-ordinated attacks or support) are allowed between any accounts played on the account sitter's internet connection (including friends, family and colleagues on the same connection). That includes all accounts, that are being account sat by players on that connection.
All interactions are forbidden until 24 hours after the account sitting mode has been canceled.
It is not allowed to sit an account and use it just to push other accounts. Accounts that are clearly used as push accounts in this way will be banned.
Everything stated in §2 has to be followed.
Players and sitters are equally responsible for the actions of any sat account. Make sure you can trust the person you choose as sitter or whose account you are sitting.
It is not allowed to abuse account sitting. Account sitters that intentionally destroy or seriously damage an account they are sitting will be punished.
However, while we will punish the account sitter if we see that it was the clear intention to ruin the account owners work against his instructions, we will not be able to repair the damage done to the account.

§4) long term sitting

we allow players to sit accounts long term with restrictions on the account. If an account has an owner that is coming back, and you know when the owner will be back it is acceptable to sit. Accounts that are sat with no owner that is returning are considered permanent sitting. As it is temporary, if an account is sat for 60 out of the last 120 days, the account will be a "limited" account. The account sitter will not be able to attack or support other players or send any resources. Every account has to have an active account owner. If the account owner decides that he/she will not return to the game, the account may not be played permanently by an account sitter.
Everything stated in §2 & §3 has to be followed.

§5) merging of the accounts

it is generally allowed for a player to allow one or more other players to take over the accounts villages without a fight.
(villages still have to be taken over by noblement, there is no way to just transfer villages to another account.)
however, there are a few restrictions that have to followed:
Accounts on the same internet connection may not merge.
This includes accounts that have previously been played exclusively or almost exclusively from the same internet connection.
An account may not be played by a sitter long term just to give away the villages later on.
As always, the account sitter may not attack until at least 24 hours after the sitting has been cancelled.

§6) communication

insulting other players and the use of language in a insulting/abusive/offensive context is forbidden. Threats and blackmailing of other players are allowed only if the context is entirely ingame. Political extreme, racist, pornographic or otherwise illegal statements are forbidden in the game (and any other medium offered by us). Punishments for extreme offenses may be implemented on all game aspects. Phishing or blackmailing players for passwords in any way is strongly forbidden.

§7) mass mailing

the circular mail system is meant to reduce the effort when sending larger amounts of similar messages. It may not be used for distributing spam messages, advertisements or any other mail that violates our game rules. Phishing attempts using mass mails will be punished with a global game ban. This feature should be used appropriately. Abuse of this feature may result in disciplinary action being taken against your account.

§8) selling and buying of accounts and ingame objects

it is not allowed to play accounts for commercial purposes. It is not allowed to sell, buy or offer accounts or parts of accounts in exchange for premium points or any other financial benefit in/outside of the game. Trades involving more than one game world are also forbidden.

§9) push accounts

it is not allowed to create accounts just for the benefit of another account or to keep inactive accounts active for that purpose. Accounts that are used only to push other accounts will be banned.
Accounts that are knowingly being pushed by push accounts will also be punished. If you suspect that an account is being used just to push you or other account you should report this by submitting a support ticket.

§10) bugs and errors

every player is obligated to report critical bugs immediately by submitting a support ticket. Using bugs to gain any advantage will lead to account banning or other punishments.

§11) bots and scripts

the game is to be played with a normal browser only. Bots, browser add-ons and other applications that automate game activities are forbidden.
Off-site tools are allowed as long as they do not automatically collect information from players' accounts and do not automatically send information, orders or messages to accounts. They are, however, allowed to automatically use the world data provided by us.
Javascript commands are allowed to be added to the quickbar. Those scripts may fill in forms (like adding numbers to be recruited in the barracks). They may not perform more than one activity per click (like troop recruitment). All greasemonkey scripts are forbidden.
If you are not sure if a script or tool is allowed you should ask for permission to use it by submitting a support ticket ).
Examples:

* it is allowed to use the tools on

* it is allowed to install tools like google accelerator that have no direct effect on any game activity.

* it is forbidden to install any kind of script that send troops automatically or with less clicks.
* it is forbidden to create, offer or use any kind of tool that automatically sends information from your account to other accounts or offside tools in case of an attack or any other event.
* it is forbidden to offer or use tools that automatically add information to the map or other areas.
* it is forbidden to offer or use any tool that changes the provided side navigation by creating shortcuts.
* it is forbidden to download the world data more often then specified in the download section.

§12) language

tribal wars is an english game. English should be the only used language since it is the only language that is understood by everyone! All profiles, descriptions and in-game forums must be written in english. It is not allowed to create tribes exclusively for one nationality or language and/or to exclude other players because of their nationality. There will be no replies to support requests written in other languages. Repeated violations of that rule will lead to an account ban. If an ingame message written in a language other than english is reported by the recipient a punishment might be given.
§13) player names

it is strictly forbidden to advertise other websites or games with player names. It is also not allowed to use offensive language or any type of moderator impersonation. We also do suggest to not use names with personal information such as full names. In most cases we do offer name changes if you fall into one of these categories.

§14) account deletion/banning

an account may be modified, banned or deleted for a number of reasons. Deletion can occur automatically if an account is not used for more than 14 days.
In extreme cases, accounts may be banned on all worlds. We do not refund premium to people who are banned for breaking our rules.
§15) technical advantages

the use of any technical improvements, changes in operating systems, and/or bugs in hardware that affect timing of attacks are strictly illegal. This also includes the use of packet generators and/or packet delayers. Furthermore, this deems all attacks and supports of four commands(commonly known as trains) sent consecutively in a total of 149ms or less as illegal. All other guidelines in rule §11) bots and scripts must also be followed, as reference ms is an abbreviation for milliseconds.
