i think it can be good idea to start with Nosrat English learning
and then you can concentrate on films with both English and persian subtitle
but not any thing better than be force to speak (is it true ??).you can go to discussion classes or forums ,or even chat with every body , it is not matter ,don't afraid of mistakes .

if you wanna approach to slangy conversation u there is a book named function and is useful...i recommend it...and also its not very complicated to learn

when i was looking for the best way , skype helped me for speaking
of course my english friend on skype helped me not skype own self

سلام . بنظرمن میتونی هم از سی دی( گام به گام ) و هم از دیکشنری شروع کنی و کتاب انگلیسی در سفر هم خوبه جدا از اینکه حالا که در خارج از ایرانی برو و در محیط قرار بگیر و مطمن باش 45 روزه جواب بسیار زیادی میگیری و میتونی در 45 روز بعد تکرار داشته باشی
