such is used to emphasize the great degree of sth
so can not be used for adj/adv but such can be used for both non/countable nouns: the weather was so nice= it was just such nice weather

when we use such for countable nouns we have to use the appropriate article so: such a mistakes should be correct

form:

so + adjective or adverb
such + noun (with or without adjective)

too can not be correct bcuz it has sorta negative meaning

such can not; becuz it comes before nouns

enough can not be the proper answer since it usually comes vefore an adjective
