Sepid's post is kinda right ... more accurate (yet, more boring):
the budget has been being worked on by the finance committee for nearly a month
plz choose the best answer and explain about this grammar
I don't understand how John could have made ---------------- mistake in judgment.
a: so a
b: such
c: such a
d: so
such is used to emphasize the great degree of sth
so can not be used for adj/adv but such can be used for both non/countable nouns: the weather was so nice= it was just such nice weather
when we use such for countable nouns we have to use the appropriate article so: such a mistakes should be correct

choice C is correct
First reason as it is mistake, without s plural, the answer should be A or C, and because mistake is a noun you should use such
form:
so + adjective or adverb
such + noun (with or without adjective)
functions & examples
* We use so and such to add emphasis.
It's cold today.
It's so cold today.
She's a nice person.
She's such a nice person. :
GOod luck
very tanx dear, and what a bout this test:
the students were ------------------ eager to use the computers that they canceled their lunch break.
a: such
b: too
c: so
d: enough
as Archi said: so+adj/adv
eager is an adj so 'c' can be correct
too can not be correct bcuz it has sorta negative meaning
such can not; becuz it comes before nouns
enough can not be the proper answer since it usually comes vefore an adjective
adj+enough: big enough
enough+noun= enough students
PLZ choose the best choices and explain about(whom , what, who, where ,which & when) in the mid sentences
1.the tourists -------------- the guide had shown through the museum were impressed whit the collection.
a: which
b: where
c: when
d: whom
2. the thieves knew precisely --------------- the collection of oil stamps was hidden.
a: who
b: where
c: what
d: whom
اولی whom میشه دومی where، چون در مورد جسم صحبت می کنی
