دوستان امکانش هست این متن رو برام ترجمه کنید.بیشتر میخوام بدونم معنی proxy تو این متن چیه.تخصصی حسابداریه و معنی وکلاتنامه رای رو میده ولی نتونستم با متن هماهنگش کنم

this study gauges firms growth opportunities with the most widely used proxy for growth opportunities, Tobin's Q. I use lagged Tobin's Q (at time t-1) as a growth measure. Since value-maximizing firms are expected to invest as long as the market value of the firm is greater than the book value of the firm, Tobin's Q proxies the investment opportunities shareholders observe, thus is particularly suitable to the objective of this study

یادت باشه کلمه پروک... داره به نظریه Tobin'q اشاره میکنه و این جا به معنی عامل یا ابزار هست. ( این مطالعه (تحقیق) ، فرصت های رشد شرکت ها را با عامل (ابزاری) که به طور گسترده برای این منظور استفاده میشود ، ( یعنی نظریه Tobin'q) اندازه گیری مینماید. (یا می سنجد)

1- این ، اون چیزی نیست که من راجع بهش میدونم. ( یا در موردش میدونم...یا این اون چیزی نیست که فکرش رو میکردم، تصورش رو داشتم)
2- کلمه though در آخر جمله به معنی however , و یا also , و در بعضی موارد به معنی yet هست. معمولا به صورت informal در آخر کلمه به کار میره ....در اینجا میشه:
با این حال/ به هر حال/ با این وجود هنوز: ما مجبوریم اونا رو دنبال کرده و پیداشون کنیم. ( باید به مابقیه متن هم توجه داشت.)

though آخر جمله دقیقا میشه همون "گرچه" که منتها ما اول جمله میگذاریمش، ولی در انگلیسی though رو خیلی اوقات آخر جمله میگن (although ولی همیشه اول میاد)

you're right although does not come at the end of a sentence even though 'though' can.
the meaning of the words are interchangeable but their positioning is not.

take the following as a general guide:
although = beginning/ middle
though = middle/ end
and In spoken English we often use though instead of although.

but I do not think the rules are set in stone
Btw, Though can also be used as an adverb at the end of a sentence. In this case, the meaning is similar to 'however'.
