Well, as a teacher maybe I can say some...
there is no best way to learn English, there is best way for you to learn English

It is not the same for all to learn English, learning English means learning 4 skills , people have different ages, different talents and different backgrounds about English, so if you really want to know the best way, just give me the following information and then I do my best to show you the best techniques, books for self studying or if you rather , the best classes

1- Age
2- How do you describe your English Skill? beginer, intermediate, advanced
3-Why do you want to learn English ?( ( speaking, IELTS, TOEFL, Other reasons)
4- how many hours can you give to study every day?
5-Which one is easier for you? ( Speaking, listening, reading, writting)

IF you are really ambitious, you answer the above questions, then I offer you the best way.

I agree that this topic was abandoned fro a while but with the help of you sise and our new friend we can

For the begining if you don't mind I want to correct some of your mistakes.

I think it will be better to say "Thanks to sise for creating this topic" than "Thanks a lot, of dear Sise for creative this topic". Don't you think so?

I should say "Most of the writers are advanced" not "most of the writer of this topic, are advansed level".
I do not agree, all of writers in this topic were ( maybe are ) beginers.

Remember that "help" is never used with "to" so it will be wrong to say "Help to me. Instead of this you can say "Help me".
We all need help.
