Okay dear, first of all you need to start learning the English grammar, English composition English speaking.. it have to be some learning communities down in your area, so they test your English acknowledgements how much you know English and then, they Schedule your classes and what type of class you have to start … act that’s how you should start from!

To be honest, I didn't get what do u exactly want?
Do you want to talk about a historical place? and is it while you know everything about the place in persian?
You just want to learn how to translate it in english like a tour guide?
If this is the case, I should say you need so much practice and you should improve your speaking very much; and for this if you have a partner to speak to, you can improve much faster.
Some of this forum members and me get sometimes online and chat in a conference(through yahoo messenger) if you like we will be happy to have you in our group as well.
