i think in turkey you can better improve your english .. you can go out of your home and speak to other people..in turkey there are lots of tourist ... you can speak to them .you also can make a grilfriend or boy friend and you can spesk to them all long day(i think it's easy in turkey ).don't afraid of speak ... it can improve your english .. i think this way is great

1.you can buy a book and start with!!!you should have source for learning english

2.you can see movies with english subtitle and centralize on new words

3.go out and speak(thanks for our friend's advice)
