Essentially, Aera can be defined as casual 2.5D flight simulator. Since the physics model is "real" but simplified, it allows you to start off easily, but as you advance and master the controls, you'll discover more possibilities and ways of flying. Eventually, you might find it fun and enjoyable just to fly the planes around the scenery, hence the Free Flight Mode.

Lucy's house is infested with bugs all over the house. She needs someone to help her kill the bugs coming to invade her house. Being a admirer of her, you readily agree to help her to settle her bugs problem in her garden.

Of course, you are not a professional pest terminator but you managed to find a few items at the utility stores which most bug terminators will use.

Your weapons for terminating bugs:

Honey Gun - The honey spray out of the gun is useful for slowing down the bugs' movement speed. Once they are slowed down, they are at your disposal!

Insecticide - This insecticide spray will do damage to all the bugs near the targeted area. It is best to cover your nose when you using this weapon.
Anti-Bugs Laser Gun - The laser from this gun is capable for killing all bugs in one straight line. Use it wisely.
If all the weapons bought from the utility store fail to terminate the bugs, you can still use Lucy's slipper or your fingers to squash the bugs.

To play this game, you need to tap on the weapons mentioned and drag them to the battlefield. Lucy's parents has agreed to pay you for your efforts. The more bugs you squash, the more money you will have to upgrade your terminating bugs' weapons! The bugs will comes in waves and you will definitely need the money to buy more weapons to station them at different parts of the garden to prevent their invasion.

Once you acquired enough money, you can upgrade your weapons to prepare for the next attack. If you are short of money to buy more weapons, you can choose the weapon which you don't need and sell it. This way, you can buy better weapons with your current money.

Remember, Lucy has a phobia of bugs. If more bugs entered her house, she will faint and you cannot date her out for a movie or impress her with your bugs terminating abilities! The green bar on the top left corner of the screen indicates her current tolerance of the bugs invading her home. Once her tolerance bar runs to zero, she will faint.

Game Features:

- 3 game chapters to conquer. Each chapter consists of 3 levels. Therefore, there will 9 levels in total to practice your skill in terminating bugs.

- Online scoreboard ranking. You can compete with your online friends on who has the highest score for this game regardless on where you are situated.

- Option to turn off the game's sounds while you are listening to music on your iPhone or iPod Touch. You can pause the game at any time when you are in the middle of doing something.

- You can play your previous completed levels again if you can't complete your current level.

- Cute graphics with realistic screaming sounds when bugs enter Lucy's house.

Ahoy!! You are the pirate captain of a small ship and crew, navigate through 20 levels destroying ships and collecting coins and booty.
As you collect more coins you will be able to buy weapons and ships, all with the hope of conquering the infamous pirate galleon Silver Skull for yourself. You have to be careful though to keep your crew happy, so make sure to treat them to wenches and rum whenever you can!

GeoDefense is riddled with a magnificent display of brightly colored explosions and lasers.

GeoDefense is a tower defense game that utilizes an old school art style not dissimilar from the popular Xbox Live arcade game, Geometry Wars. The game has the potential to appeal to both fans of geo. wars and tower defense games alike. Personally, I have never been a fan of tower defense games outside of the occasional mindless game during a skype call. GeoDefense is one of those games that can be difficult to play and maintain anything resembling a normal conversation at the same time. While GeoDefense is mechanically akin to almost every other tower defense game in the app store, there is something about it that is just more visceral, more kinetic, and extremely gratifying.

gd1To play GeoDefense, one must place different kinds of towers on the field that will in turn fire upon the enemies that travel along a preset route attempting to reach the end of their path. Only ten enemies can reach the critical zone before the player is given a game over. Towers can be leveled up, which not only changes their appearance but their effectiveness as well. While the game sounds as if it would be as pedestrian as most tower defense games have come to be, a combination of the sheer speed of the enemies and the ferocity with which they explode upon dying makes the game feel like it is giving you something more than the average tower defense.

All talk of GeoDefense seems to gravitate around the visuals, and rightfully so. The vector art style is attractive, and the amounts of particles that fly about the screen while enemies die is nothing short of incredible. As a gamer I am sometimes secretly ashamed of liking a game just because it looks better than another nearly identical game, but these are after all video games. Besides, the visuals factor into GeoDefense in more ways than simply supplying the “wow” factor. For instance, Geo defense strays away from trying to make each enemy and tower look detailed, and instead strives for simplicity. It is this very simplicity that allows GeoDefense to excel on this platform because it ends up looking much cleaner than games like Sentinel or Elemental Monsters TD. A giant laser ripping an entire row of enemies to shreds followed by a sequence of firework esque explosions somehow feels leagues better than watching an unusually large arrow splatter a row of enemies whose animations resemble a flip book cartoon made by a middle school student.

GeoDefense is a challenging game, do not pursue it without the knowledge that it will most likely repeatedly overwhelm you. In many games this would be a weak point, and most reviewers would chalk the constant losses up to poor level design. It would appear that GeoDefense seeks to punish players , as the difficulty is obviously an intended aspect of the game. Rather than thinking of this brutal difficulty as punishment, GeoDefense manages to convey a feeling of tough love. If one loses, it is because they have not fully thought the situation through. Victory can be achieved in every level, it is simply a matter of applying new and more innovative tactics as the stages progress.

Life after death gets a little spookier in the graveyard. Now, when a Pygmy is sacrificed, a Ghost Pygmy appears! You can either touch a Ghost Pygmy and trace a path to "the light" and help him cross over to the other side, OR trace a path from Ghost Pygmy to the Pygmy in order to haunt them! Try tracing a path to Pygmy from different directions and see what happens. The Ghost Pygmies can scare Pygmies to death, take possession of their bodies, pull them underground to a ghost dimension, carry them away, or make them explode with a banshee wail.



Also, we are introducing extra customization "skin" packs! We still are offering the regular updates for free, but inside Pocket God you can purchase a skin pack to get cool "extras". This update includes the Tyrannosaurus Rex Skin Pack. Turn the T-Rex into a sombrero wearing robot T-rex, a headphone wearing Pygmy-Trex, etc. It is sure to impress your friends and family.
