sleeping
At First, i start with an Article about:
***Sleeping***Sleep is the natural state of rest in which your eyes are closed and your mind and body are inactive and unconscious.
when you are tired and had a busy day , so you can hardly keep your eyes open. you take clothes off, put on your
pyjamas, brush your teeth, wash your hands and face and get ready to get into bed.blanket, sheets , pillow and mattress are in a usual bed.
Maybe you start reading a book before sleeping but when you are exhausted your eyes get heavy and can not stay
awake any longer.you start to get drowsy and very soon you begin to fall asleep!!!
Then quite suddenly you move from consciousness to unconsciousness and you are asleep!!!
BUT Then, What happens???
Scientists say in the first hour of a normal night's sleep you go in to a Deep Sleep. In fact this is the time when your
sleep is deepest. Then mind goes into a lighter sleep called By Scientists "Paradoxical Sleep".It is during this type sleep that you have your Dreams!
In a normal night, most people go from deep sleep to paradoxical sleep Four or Five times.
so what's Dream? why we have Dream?
A dream is an imaginary series of events that you experience in your mind while you are asleep. There are different types of dreams
*Daydreams:
Studies show that we all tend to daydream about 70-120 minutes a day. It occurs during our waking hours and we let
our imagination carry us away. The content is helpful in understanding your true feelings and help in fulfilling your goals.
*Lucid dreams:
This occurs when you realize you're dreaming. "Wait a minute. This is only a dream!" Lucid dreaming gives us the
ability to control our dreams. It can help us to rehearse the events before it actually occurs. At least half of the adults
have had a lucid dream in their lives.
*Nightmares:
Many of you most probably had this already. This is a disturbing dream that causes you to wake up feeling anxious and
frightened. Nightmares may be a response to real life trauma experienced.
*Healing dreams:
Many experts believe that dreams can help avoid potential health problems and help to heal. Dreams of this nature might be telling us to go to the dentist or doctor. They serve as messages in regards to our health.
*Signal Dreams:
Signal dreams help you how to solve problems or make decisions in your waking life.
***10 Facts of dreams:
* 1. One third of your life is spent sleeping.
* 2. Everybody dreams. Just because you don't remember your dream doesn't mean that you don't dream.
* 3. A lack of dream activity can mean protein deficiency or personal disorder.
* 4. We often have 4-7 dreams in one night. We dream for about one to two hours.
* 5. Blind people do dream. Visual images in their dream depend on whether they became blind at birth or later in
life. Dreams can be based on other sense such as sound and smell too.
* 6. Men tend to dream more about other men while women dream equally about men and women.
* 7. People who're giving up smoking tend to have longer and more intense dreams.
* 8. Toddlers do not dream about themselves. They do not appear in their own dreams until they are 3 or 4.
* 9. If you're snoring, then you can't be dreaming.
* 10. Nightmares are common in children, beginning at around 3 years old and occurring up to ages 7-8.
***In the end, i think OBE ( Out of Body Experience) be deal with sleeping and dream! Surveys show that About one in ten people has an out-of-body experience at some time in their lives ( or 15% to 20% of the population have had an OBE at some time during their life).OBEs are often part of the near-death experience (NDE).
OBE is quite common in dreams, daydreams, and memories, and so when we are extreme fatig , have a very sudden pain like heart attack, have a car or motor accident ,etc. so our soul leaves our body for sometime and can goes
anywhere ,any place and any time after that our soul came back to our body if our soul didn't return,we died!!!
Susan Blackmore had an OBE while attending Oxford University during the early 1970s.In her OBE, Blackmore went down a tunnel of trees toward a light, floated on the ceiling , floated out of the building around Oxford and then over England, and finally across the Atlantic to New York.
After hovering around New York, Blackmore floated back to her room in Oxford where she became very small and
entered her body’s toes.
Finally, some people experience an OBE when they are near death (near-death experiences or NDEs).
have you had any OBE in your life?
I think haveing OBE is good because i can go anywhere, it is not limited

In Persian, the words are narang and porteghal (Portugal), in the same order. The reason is that the sweet orange was brought from China or India to Europe during___________________________________
the 15th century by the Portuguese.
___________________________________* The orange blossom, which is the state flower of Florida, is traditionally associated with good fortune, and was popular in bridal bouquets and head wreaths for weddings for some time. The petals of orange blossom can also be made into a delicately citrus-scented version of rosewater. Orange blossom water is a common part of Middle Eastern cuisine. The orange blossom gives its touristic nickname to the Costa del Azahar ("Orange-blossom coast"), the Castellon seaboard.
* In Spain, fallen blossoms are dried and then used to make tea.
* Orange blossom honey, or actually citrus honey, is produced by putting beehives in the citrus groves during bloom, which also pollinates seeded citrus varieties. Orange blossom honey is highly prized, and tastes much like orange.
* Marmalade, a conserve usually made with Seville oranges. All parts of the orange are used to make marmalade: the pith and pips are separated, and typically placed in a muslin bag where they are boiled in the juice (and sliced peel) to extract their pectin, aiding the setting process.
___________________________________Orange flower water is a clear, perfumed distillation of fresh bitter-orange blossoms, this essential water is used in many Mediterranean dessert dishes, and in some cocktails, such as the Ramos Gin Fizz. It is most often used in Middle Eastern cooking but is being seen more in Western cooking. In the Arab world, it is traditionally added to hard or otherwise bad-tasting water to mask the unpleasant flavor. Orange blossoms are used because they are the traditional bridal flower and symbolize purity (white, small and delicate). The orange flower water is used in making little wedding cakes in Mexico. There are many brands available that are made in Europe. There is one brand made in the United States, by Fee Brothers of Rochester, NY

Milky way GalaxyIn a clear and dark night, stars shines in the sky as if they were touchable with hands .in fact the stars that are observed with telescopes are thousands light years away and you can never reach them until your death. This is a reality and you must never forget this.
The milky way is a spiral galaxy which contains five hundred billion stars beyond the understanding of all human beings.
This galaxy was formed ten billion years ago from a huge cloud of gas material.
A core, which may have a black hole , exists In the center of the galaxy.the diameter of a core of a galaxy is about ten thousand kilometers.
The sun orbits the core of the milky way in speed two hundred kilometers and it finishes orbiting every two hundred and half million years .the sun has ever orbited fifteen or twenty times around the core
We see the perspective of our galaxy containing a lot of stars and their planets like a milky way.
We are in the middle of the galaxy, so we are unable to observe the whole galaxy .in fact, the milky way is like a large girandole .
The length of our galaxy is about one hundred thousand kilometers .if we want to count the stars of the milky way , it will take thousand years.
The sun
How far is the sun from the earth?
The sun is the nearest star to the earth. It is 149,680,000 kilometers far from the earth. Light travels this distance about eight minutes. The distance- is called an astronomical unit (au) –is the unit of measuring in the entire solar system.
The sun's ray
The ray of the sun – the distance between its core and its surface – is about 965,500, which is 109 as big as that of the earth.
The sun's mass
The sun's mass is 2,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 kilogram and 332,900 as big as the earth's mass. It contains 98/8 percent of the mass of the solar system. The average of the sun's density is 1/4 gram per cubic centimeter.
The sun's temperature
The temperature of the sun's core is about fifteen million centigrade. The energy produced in the sun's core gives the heat and light that reach the earth. The temperature of the sun's surface is approximately 6,000 centigrade.
The sun's composition
Like most stars, the sun is more made up of hydrogen. The second element is helium And there are several other elements but their mass is very little
