dear JEFF ur BMI is 26.2 u must reduce it to (18.5-24.9) that means u must loss ur wight at least 5 kgim 1.80 and my weight is 85,and im 20 years old.

think its kind of a selfish idea,which is to have whatever you want,so you can be happy.i thinks it a wrong idea.me myselfe got whatever i wanted,and still do,bou only once i wanted something,and i got it,and i loved it,but when it skipt away,i got kind of depressed,becouse i havent learned that you can`t have whatever you want,and if you get wheever you wantTyou may not be able to have it foerver.its a nasty habit to get whatever we like,becouse if even if once you don`t get what you want,it would damage you more than normal.i think we have to keep on with whatever we god,and have what we need,note more,so we can be happy whith what we have
