could somebody kindly provide the best possible equivalent for the following sentences (mainly the highlighted parts)? the concerned field is economics

the uses structure رو نفهمیدم منظورش چیه ؟ نکنه uses اون فعل که ما فکر میکنیم نیست و مخفف باشه ؟
