there's no problem with you you should just keep listening everyday, everyday and everyday, you should listen a lot if you want to improve fast ..remember that practice makes perfect

don't worry .just start.soon u'll get pretty well in listening .start with VOA for students .that should be pretty easy for u.and try to find the texts.that would be really helpful.there's sth else to be
mentioned,listen to what ever u find even english songs .l
within a year u'll be able to understand most of the parts.

I remember one of my teachers told me that if you want to understand BBC ,The best way is recording the news.
just record them and listen to them over and over again.
