i think it means something like:

He didn't allow him to enter the house.

But I'm not sure what this means:

So the right sentence is

I don't think that novel is in formal language.
Because there are other words like
خونه
which is the informal version of
خانه

Unfortunately there is a big differece between formal and informal Persian.
