Samsung has flat out said that it wouldn't be releasing any information about the Samsung Galaxy S III at Mobile World Congress this year, but that doesn't mean that the rumor mill is going to stop for the event. Some new information has come out about Samsung's next flagship smartphone, and we are really hoping it is true, because this round of rumors are some of the best we've heard yet.

Firstly, as far as we're concerned the top two complaints about Samsung smartphones recently have been: the lack of premium build materials, and the delays in release. Well, if the rumors are true, those problems may be solved. According to the rumor, the Samsung Galaxy S III will feature a ceramic case, which may not be as "premium" in the minds of consumers as glass or metal, but should be quite solid, and not have the reception interference of metal cases. But, the really big info is that supposedly Samsung is aiming to have a simultaneous worldwide release of the Galaxy S III and launch the device in over 50 "markets or cities" at the same time. This means no release in Asia, then waiting 8 months for the release in the US. We're not 100% sure that Samsung is actually capable of pulling off a global release like that, but we certainly hope so.

Oh, and supposedly the SGSIII will also feature a 4.8" Super AMOLED Plus HD screen, but that's not really anything new or interesting. 4.8" is pretty big, but assuming the SGSIII will feature the rumored "no-bezel" that we've heard about, 4.8" won't really be that much different from the Galaxy Nexus.

The information comes from a trusted source at BGR, and we do have reason to believe BGR's sources with Samsung as the publication did get the accurate info on the Galaxy Nexus specs [ برای مشاهده لینک ، با نام کاربری خود وارد شوید یا ثبت نام کنید ] . We don't expect any confirmation at MWC, but we're hoping Samsung gives out some info soon enough.

انگار سونی در حال ساخت گوشی جدید اکسپریا پلی 2 هست
باید ببینیم این شایعه به واقعیت تبدیل خواهد شد ؟ یا خیر ؟

Treat this firmly with a pinch of salt, but Concept-Phones have a render of the Xperia PLAY 2 that they have been told is indeed real. It was sent over by Jsus, who has created a number of different Xperia concept renders in the past. Our sources have not mentioned anything about a new iteration of the Xperia PLAY, but that’s not to say it’s not in development. Concept-Phones says the handset will come with a 4.3-inch (720 x 1280) display , 1.5GHz dual-core S4 Snapdragon processor and 8.1MP camera with LED flash. There are a few things about the phone that do not look right to us (if indeed it is real). For example, the transparent strip, seen as part of the Iconic Identity of the new Xperia handsets, would probably be covered by the joypad when closed. Therefore it would serve no purpose in terms of notifications. Also there are four capacitive buttons at the bottom of the handset that would probably not be needed under Android 4.0 ICS. Anyway, have a look at the larger image below and tell us what you think. We say it’s strictly a concept, but you can never say never.

Samsung outs an energy efficient 8MP BSI camera sensor with zero shutter lag for smartphones

Guess what might be going into the Galaxy S III? Samsung announced a new 8MP smartphone camera module of its own, named S5K3H7 that doesn't require a whole lot of energy supply, captures 1080p video, sports back-side illumination for better low-light performance, and has virtually zero shutter lag.

All features are in sync with the times - better energy efficiency is a requirement towards all smartphones if we want to break away from the "daily charging" ball and chain, and BSI tech is the trend in most high-ends of this season.

Moreover, phones with negligible shutter lag have already been announced by the competition like Sony with the Xperia S, as well as HTC yesterday with its [ برای مشاهده لینک ، با نام کاربری خود وارد شوید یا ثبت نام کنید ] not to mention that pesky Apple phone.

The new 8MP camera sensor will appear in devices that will be announced in the coming months, says Samsung, which ties up really nicely with the rumored June/July launch of the Galaxy S III, although this one might already be on the conveyor belts for all we know.

Who knows, though, what sensor Samsung might have kept in its sleeve for the flagship, this new 8MP one is 1/3.2", and we keep hoping that the Koreans might step it up and insert a bigger sensor in SGSIII to capture more light. Of course, if it's the slim ceramic chassis rumored, there might be no space for anything huge without significant bulges.

Google’s Nexus lineup stands out in the Android world - it’s the first to get Google’s new versions of Android, the first to get updated and often the last to go out of support. So far, Google has picked HTC for its first Nexus One, and later it worked with Samsung on the Nexus S and the Galaxy Nexus. Now, LG wants to have the privilege to make Google’s 2012 Nexus.

Ramchan Woo, head of LG’s smartphone division told CNET: "We're heavily in discussions." Now, Woo does clarify that there are no firm commitments just yet.

The actual process of making a Nexus device is a long one, and that’s why we’re hearing about this now, despite expectations for the next Nexus to get released in late 2012. The company Google picks is said to work jointly with the search giant. Engineers travel to be in the same place physically and then work for up to a year on the new device.

Now, this would be a clear statement by Google that it doesn’t favor Motorola, which it’s about to acquire. But how would you like the thought of the next Nexus being made by LG?

    .
Two years ago we only had single-core handsets, shows like MWC 2011 brought us the first dual-core devices last year, and in 2012 the key word is quad-core. And when we start counting cores, three devices qualify as the best and we are seeing them on the showroom floor at MWC 2012: the Huawei Ascend D quad (and its XL version with bigger battery), the HTC One X, and the LG Optimus 4X HD.

The three devices are different in many ways, though - the [ برای مشاهده لینک ، با نام کاربری خود وارد شوید یا ثبت نام کنید ] is the first one to get officially unveiled at MWC. It has a bit smaller display than the rest, measuring 4.5 inches on the diagonal, and comes with Huawei’s home-grown K3V2 quad-core processor and Huawei has already shown us some [ برای مشاهده لینک ، با نام کاربری خود وارد شوید یا ثبت نام کنید ] where it beats the A5 chip on the iPhone 4S and the TI OMAP 4460 on the Galaxy Nexus.

The [ برای مشاهده لینک ، با نام کاربری خود وارد شوید یا ثبت نام کنید ] and the [ برای مشاهده لینک ، با نام کاربری خود وارد شوید یا ثبت نام کنید ] both feature 4.7” displays and sport a quad-core Tegra 3 chip, but the HTC flaunts its own Sense 4.0 overlay on top of ICS, while the Optimus 4X HD comes with LG’s custom skin.

Is there one that can currently grab the hardware crown? Check out their spec sheets below and let us know which one is your favorite and why.

چند تا شايعه جديد در مورد اس 3

مهم تر از همه : صفحه نمايش 4.8 اينچي فول اچ دي
كاش مثله بيم روش ويديو پرژكشن هم بذاره :دي

    • 1.5GHz quad-core Samsung Exynos processor
    • 4.8-inch “full HD” 1080p resolution with 16:9 aspect ratio display
    • A 2-megapixel front-facing camera and an 8-megapixel rear camera
    • Ceramic case
    • 4G LTE
    • Android 4.0

It just wouldn’t be MWC unless a new Galaxy S model teased us somehow, and right on cue we’re received a [ برای مشاهده لینک ، با نام کاربری خود وارد شوید یا ثبت نام کنید ] on the Galaxy S3 specs and its release date. First, BGR has updated the specs they first leaked over the weekend. They are now reporting that the bezel-less s4.8" screen will be a full HD 1080p screen that will be powered by a quad-core 1.5 GHz CPU, on top of the goodies we reported over the weekend, including a ceramic body, LTE, and of course Android 4.0.

When can we expect a phone of this degree of bad-assery? Apparently this summer, according to Android Authority, who has looked at all of the information from Samsung, the history of the previous two Galaxy S releases, and the lay of the smartphone market and deduced that the GS3 will land in July.

How did they come to this conclusion? Through a couple of lines of thought. Samsung is a huge sponsor of the Summer Olympics this year, and it would seem like an appropriate venue to market a recently released superphone. A major South African carrier has telegraphed that they are expecting to carry the phone in July, and Samsung has promised a more synchronized rollout this year.

Obviously if they can manage a truly global launch, then if anyone is getting the phone in July then everyone will. Samsung themselves said we should expect the phone around midyear, which would seem to indicate either June or July (although we all know how predicted launch windows can shift).

Samsung clearly wants to launch the GS3 in North America at the same time as the rest of the world, or at least with a much shorter window then we’ve seen the last two years, where U.S. customers were waiting months after the rest of the world had gotten their hands on the latest Galaxy S phone. But Samsung has a good reason to not let the launch slip past July if they can help it – the iPhone 5.

The iPhone is slated for [ برای مشاهده لینک ، با نام کاربری خود وارد شوید یا ثبت نام کنید ] this year, as it reaches its fifth incarnation. It will undoubtedly be a monster phone, and it’s expected to launch in the Fall. The weeks leading up to the announcement will see all of the smartphone air sucked out of the media as people wait for the release – so if Samsung wants to make a splash and run up the sales they had best get the phone out sometime in early or mid-summer – before the iPhone hype machine goes into overdrive and steals all the mind share from them.

We won’t jump on the “it has to be July” bandwagon just yet, and we're a bit skeptical about whether Sammy can pull off a full HD screen so soon after 720p screens made it to pocket-sized, but we'd sure be excited if it turns out to be true. Certainly a June or July release date makes the most sense, if Samsung can hammer out the agreements needed with carriers (especially U.S. carriers) in time.

Finally, we want to make clear that the images in this article are just fan renders based on rumored features – they aren’t actual product shots. You’ll know if we get those, because there will be flashing lights and 36 point font trumpeting them if we do. In the meantime, enjoy one more render:

    12 Sony Mobile: Cortex-A15 phones in H2 2012; quad-core phones in 2013?

یه شایعه ایی به بیرون درز کرده که احتمال داره که سونی تو سال 2013 کوادکور بزنه

A Sony Mobile executive has given the first indication of what chips will power future Xperia phones and when we’ll see them. For those hoping for a quad-core beast from Sony this year then you’ll be disappointed. A Sony quad-core handset will not materialise until 2013 according to Stephen Sneeden, Product Marketing Manager. We should point out that Sneeden says this was his assumption only and the roadmap might change. Instead, Sony will use the Cortex-A15 SoC for phones released in H2 2012. The reason behind this is that Sneeden says that the performance increase doesn’t match the battery efficiency right now. This seems like a sensible move to us. Whilst some may bemoan Sony Mobile being behind the curve once again, the reality is that benchmarks flying around the place prove that Cortex-A15 SoCs outperform quad-core variants. Also, there is still the question of apps taking full advantage of the multi-core environment in phones.
As to exactly which chipset will be used, it will be between Qualcomm and ST-Ericsson. The most likely scenario is the use of the S4 Snapdragon in the second half of this year. See Sneeden’s full comments below.
We’re going to join quad-core when we feel that the performance matches the battery efficiency. Because right now we don’t feel that is there. What we are going to be doing in the second-half of the year is moving to the Cortex A15 architecture, which we feel outperforms the current quad-core architecture.
You’ll see in 2013, as we’re evaluating the quad-core performance where it makes sense, where you’re not suffering in quality and the performance truly is there, and there really is something that demanding applications need. That’s when we make the right move to quad-core.”
