با سلام ، عبارت in care of به چه معناست ؟

اگر جمله ای که این عبارت توش به کار رفته بگین خیلی بهتر میشه معنیش کرد

ولی کلا:

In the care of somebody: in sb's charge under sb's supervison

یعنی تحت نظر کسی بودن

his child is in the care of a doctor
یعنی بچه اش تحت نظر پزشک است

I think here in this context - I mean registration in a site or something - it cannot be talking about living at somebody else's charge, instead, they want to know if they need to send something "to who" and "in care of who" they should send.
And I'm sure you well know when you send something to somebody but at another person's address you must write "in care of..."and the short form that you see a lot in the letters is c/o.
