Oh my god dear , are you really serious????
Don't you think that Iranian people are so concerned about English language that they sometimes forget to learn their own language properly?????
It's obvious from everything here that English is so important in this country, you can see lots of English institutes in every city, it shows the importance of this language in Iran. But unfortunately there are some problems with uneducated teachers who teaches and we'll see lots of weak students in English.

Anyway, why are you searching for "English chat rooms for Iranians????" You can join foreign rooms and foreign forums and improve your english much better than in Iranian ones.
This topic is really good to improve your english and also writing ability, Hope to see you active here

i think love is the most importan in the world
just u can look at the persian literature . a large part of our litrature is about lovelorn specially love of God . persians poets like Molana even they want to die to be nearer to their unique love,God.
but its clear that nowdays we forget the main love
