This guide will show you how to get the most money coming in and how to get "Sky Scraper" building unlocked as soon as possible in the game.
1.
Go to the "Domestic Information" and then "Growth Rate" screen put
20% on empty housing
5% growth on full housing
50% on tax collection
0% on land growth
25% on recourse growth

Go to "Technological Information" And "Tech Level" Upgrade this but dont spend more than 30% of your total money on it.
Then go to " Tech Advancements" and the first thing you should go for is "11.0 - Consumer Luxuries" since it enables you to tax your population multiple times.
Then go it "Faster Tech" but keep in mind the requirements for "11.0 - Consumer Luxuries" when you level it up so i suggest you have the " Tech Advancements" open in another tab to look at the requirements.

Go to "Diplomatic Information"
Spend about 20% of your money on import&export skill.

Go to "Domestic Information" and "Land" What you are looking at right now is what this game is all about, you want land! So money and "2.0 - Land Development
2" Tech is very important. To grow as fast as possible you want to do stage 2. asap meaning you will make more money for land. Buy as much of this as you can but leave some money left fore bills, buying houses e.c.

Go to "Domestic Information" and then "Housing" now all you see is "Class 1" housing but what you don't know is that there's a "Class 2" that will be visible to you as your population grows, reach 2million population and you will have a Sky Scraper which you want your nation filled with. My build up method is quite annoying but it works. I always buy loads of "Condos" I mean like 150, let my population grow and unlock "Suites" and delete all the "Condos" and buy 150 suites and unlock "Apartments" You can skip deleting and re-buying this one but next one you unlock "High Rise" you cant skip, since its a 80k population capacity difference so buy loads of "High Rise" but remember to delete your "Suites" now all that's left are "Towers" and when you reach a 2million pop you will see the "Sky Scraper" and you delete all other housing and buy only "Sky scrapers" from now on
6. Go to "Industrial Information" and click "Manuf Skill" This will enable you to buy factories and factories increase your "Economic Strength" meaning you will get more money from the tax collection. You will need to level this later on. Just remember to not spent too much money on the skill. Now click "Factories" and buy about 5 Factories to begin with.
What is not really important at the starting stage:
National Security:
- You can spent some money on the skills but don't be going overboard cause this isn't really important at the starting stage
Military Information:
- If you are in an alliance you should not have to worry about having to buy an army but more about building up as fast as you can
Resource Information:
-You can increase these skills "Gathering skill" and "Efficiency" but the tech skill "12.0 Automobiles" is much much more important and effective meaning you should be leveling that up.
