detection of IgG anti -HHV-8 lytic antigens was done as follows. (2) an enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay (ELISA) with an extract prepared from sucrose gradient purified HHV-8 whole virions isolated from the KS-1 cells (starting serum dilution: 1:100, being the cutoff value the average reading of three different negative control wells and the result multiple by 3) . (3) An ELISA using as antigen a baculovirus-expressed recombinant HHV-8 orf73 purified protein for detecting IgG anti-orf 73 (LNA-1) HHV-8 latent antigen (starting serum dilution : 1:100, considering those samples with OD 450 values <0.170 as negative

باتوجه به اینکه دیدم متنت تخصصی بود و تا حدودی مرتبط با رشته ام متن آن را برایت ترجمه کردم اما باز هم مسلما نیاز به ویرایش دارد به هر حال کل متن را داری واطلاعات کامل تری در اختیار داری

روش دتکت (یافتن)ایمونوگلوبولین IgG که علیه آنتی ژنهای HHV-8 lytic میباشد طبق مراحل ذیل انجام شد:

1-با روش اندازه گیری IFA و استفاده از ماده TPA بر روی سلول های بتا لنفوم درمان شده ، که توسط HHV-8 آلوده شده بودند.( با رقت سرمی ) (یعنی 64 بار سرم اولیه رقیق شد و سپس مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.)

2-با روش اندازه گیری ELISA بر روی بستر گرادیان غلظت ساکارز ،که تمام virionهای HHV-8 از سلول های KS-1 جدا شده اند (با رقت سرمی 1:100) که 3 ارزش میانگین متفاوت از 3 بار انجام تست بر روی 3 گروه کنترل منفی حاصل شد.

3- استفاده از روش اندازه گیری ELISA و ردیابی ایمونوگلوبولین IgG که بر علیه آنتی ژنorf 73 (LNA-1) HHV-8 latent

که البته با روش recombinant تهیه شده اند. (با رقت سرمی 1:100) و با توجه به اینکه نتایج ؟؟؟؟ اگر کمتر از 0.170 باشد منفی گزارش میشود.
امید وارم برایت مفید بوده باشد .

برای ترجمه اینجر متن ها کتاب های دیکشنری مخصوص پزشکی هست ... مامانم 3-4 تاازینا داره ... (Medical Dictionary )

راستشو بخوای ترجمش نکردم ، ولی دمت گرم ، این آهنگ Halo از Beyonce نیست ؟! خیلی باحالی ... سعی می کنم برات ترجمه کنم .
