ramazan is a good time to think about past and future. you know most the time we know that we are happy or sad, right or wrong and ... but in this month we all feel that we must pay more attention to the things that we have done or we are going to do. to our feelings and ...

at lest fasting is a good way to get rid of things that we are used to. give a look to your every day program. how many time do you open the fridge when youre alone at home in a usual day. fasting is a change in an everyday program so its good. at least good enough for me.

yeah i some how belive in it.

if you want to look very simple its just a change, and we all know that a simple change can be a big one.
