Hi Dear Behzad,
As dear Cris said, when you are watching an English movie without subscript you should try to get whole the story and all the conversations, and you will learn new words new slangs and moreover by this manner your listening skill will improved!
but when you watch a movie with subscript, you will read it and your listening Skill wont improve.

but let me tell you why our Ideas are different! it originates from our different level of knowledge! You think that watching movies without subscripts is more useful because you can understand what are they speaking about.
but whereas I can not understand their speaking, I think movies with subscripts are more usful for me at this levell

Have U heard VOA news ??? ofcourse yes ! u know about one year ago i couldn't understand even a word 2 but after listening and trying hard finally i gained improvement.i suggest U to find the text, it would help U .let me tell U sth ....i couldn't understand because i couldn't understand the poletical vocabulary but i found the text and find out the vocabulary that i didn't knew their meaning and after that i could understand most of it ,not completely but i can say about 60% -50.l

First of all I must tell you that I love your ID name (Parnyan), 'cause it reminds me of very sweet memories in the past. Secondly, I think you were talking about VOA Special English. Because it is the only part of VOA News that provides texts for English learners. Please notice, that the level of VOA Special English is intermediate, so even if, you understand hundred per cent of it, you must try for more difficult resources such as CNN it self!
About political words, I do agree with you, knowing them is vital for understanding the newscaster. But if you wanna know more about political or business words you can refer to The Oxford Dictionary of American Political Slang, and Oxford Business English Dictionary for learners of English which are available in Iran. Both are GREAT references for English learners! Believe me!
